There are many afflicting decisions we have to deal with in choosing options that sometimes have to be specified especially when it is crucial between life and death. On the other hand, it depends on the arbitrary decisions that direct the determination of a judgment or are defined by law. In a world full of traditions where cultures and religions are judged based on the principle of life, you need to examine yourself and understand what is necessary or what is not, indicating how you believe and value those kinds of moral principles.  A person, specifically, a woman has a right from her virtue ethic point of view where she has the right to do as she pleases her own body, and has the right to choose whether she wants to do something. But in a Christian view “the human body is a temple of God” where women must clean and never be sinful. Contrary to the views of women today, they believe that they have the rights for their own body with regard to bearing a child. As we all know the unwanted pregnancy and abortion is being very sensitive and serious topic for over the years in the perceptions of the adult who has knowledge how to deal with it without any regards in life to protect their children for becoming motherhood at an early age. Eventually, unwanted pregnancy occurs any time due to many reasons that actually forced and unwillingness of some women and teen agers entering into asexual activity without thinking. This includes the ethical analysis in philosophical terms between different pregnancies' decisions whether to keep or abort.

The issue about the unwanted pregnancy that might lead to abortion is all over social media, television, and magazines and revolves around the society especially in the principle of cultural and religious beliefs. There are existing pro-lifers or “anti- abortion” and pro-choice that may harm the decision of the parent whether they keep their unborn fetus or choose the path of choices where they can live peacefully without worrying anything could bring trouble to them. Traditionally, we rely on the opinions of others to make informed judgments in situations with complex preferences and compare the situation with the opinions of others and one’s own perspective to weigh what is appropriate to create a decision that you think it is very desirable to choose but you need to act based on your conscience, responsibilities and what principles you hold. When you are in a difficult situation, you have to choose who you are willing to save or not. To support this principle of justice in the ethical dilemma where patient-based care decision making based on she/he may or may not afford to lose is unethical and sometimes we find that there is nothing right to do, but accept the awful results. Furthermore, keep in mind that critical thinking and awareness must be present before making a decision, and questions about principles can be described as What-If questions. Such a conflict between values and moral perspectives is part of everyone’s social life — that sometimes the option we finally fix can be rooted in what we expect to live. It may or may not correspond to its kind of moral right. Certainly, this ethical dilemma exists in our society especially when it comes to decision about unwanted pregnancy and abortion from cultural and religious point of view. But why is unwanted pregnancy considered an ethical problem? What is the connection of this principle to the same morality? How does this affect your morality in decision making whether it is good or bad, right or wrong and justice or injustice?

To understand well what exactly the ethical dilemma is, the word dilemma from the Greek word di (twice) and lemma (premise) is defined as a situation wherein a person has to choose between things that are all bad, unsatisfactory or unacceptable. An ethical dilemma, known as ethical paradoxes or moral dilemmas are the state in which a doer stands under two conflicting moral requirements, not for a moment in which disallow the other and a situation that creates problems, conflict, or situations with two possible solutions. There is an existing moral reason for each choice.

In a particular situation, you should think twice before making a good and correct decision, rather than thinking quickly and aggressively, even if it brings you an outcome which may be contrary to your beliefs and expectations. In some ways, the point of deciding between two difficult choices is to figure out which one you are sacrificing. These questions occur: Why does there existing ethical dilemma correlate to abortion? Why do we have to choose between two options that challenge our beliefs whether it is right or wrong? Why do we have to sacrifice for one and leave the other after choosing? These questions can offer you a clue on the way to get back with several queries that are attempting to resolve in a life and death relationship where the ethical dilemma must exist.
