Analysis of Player 067 in Squid Game

Imagine playing a few children's games for a high amount of money.Specifically 46.5 billion won ( korean currency ). Simple games such as red light green light, tug of war etc. But it's not as fun as it seems. The catch is that these children's games turn out to be extremely deadly . Netflix recently released a Korean drama called “squid games” on September 17 of 2021. Out of the 465 players there is only one player I would wish to be for a day is: Player 067 also known as Kang Sae-byeok.The following text will talk about the reasons why I would like to dream about being in player 067 for a day.

First and foremost the games. In this paragraph I would like to specifically be her as she won most of the games. She lost right before the last one, which I personally would not have wanted to be one of the two people standing. In the last game the two finalist characters have to physically fight to win until one has died and can no longer stand up to fight back. Player 067 played all the adrenaline rushing games, whilst risking her life. The game I would forward to playing the most is the one and only red light green light. The rules are simple: the robot will just say red light green light, you need to try and cross the line without getting caught. Now in reality you would just be eliminated, but in the game well you will be eliminated for sure. The robot repeatedly says red light green light, once the robot says red light it turns around to motion sensor each player. If a single movement is caught by the sensors you will be shot by a sniper. Now playing this game would just be an amazing but also crazy adventure. While also being player 067 I would also try to escape. In the show she ends up sneaking a knife and unscrews vents. I would try to find other hints to escape with the weapon that she had and was using. Also would want to experiment all the emotions that she felt while playing the games. Was she scared or terrified? Was the thought of the prize money always in her mind?

In addition if I were her for a day I would like to experience all the wonderful bonds she had. Just thinking about her point of view and her way of thinking and processing  I wonder if she had been  suspicious of any of the other contestants. Other than her being suspicious, I would really like to have the experience of her bond with player 240. On episode 4 of the show, one of the deadly children's games in a game of marbles. You need to pick one partner, not knowing that you will be in competition with them. You have thirty minutes to play, by the end of the game one of the team members must be eliminated or else the both of you will end up dying. Knowing that you need to pick a partner player 067 ended picking player 240. Within that thirty minutes they have already shredded most of their life experience. It's like they were meant to be best friends but this game had to ruin that opportunity. The two of them talked about very personal things such as family issues, trumas, etc. I personally would love to feel that amount of trust in a person. Now all good things must come to an end, out of the two players, player 240 ended up dying. Other than the amount of trust I would like to know how she felt about another player. Player 218 also known as sang-Woo. In the beginning Sang-Woo was the one to bring up about people to trust and all that. Of course it took some time but eventually player 067 ended up warming up to him. Before the last game Sang-Woo ended up killing player 067.  I just wonder how she must have felt as he murdered her. The betrayal, the hatred, the anger, the sadness. Also her death was not due to the game which could explain most of the betrayal she must have felt. 

Also I would want to be her because of her personality. Inside of me I know that I can never be like her because everyone is different and unique. But I really aspire to get some of her personality traits so I can improve my own personality. I admire the way she acts. Like she does not need anyone and she does not care. In the games she did not bond with anyone and barely tried to make conversation. She did not look for friends for future reference teammates. Also I love the sarcastic part of her. It's like she is her own person and does not care about what others think. Honestly I want my personality to be like that, instead I just end up caring about what other people say. I also like the fact that she is incredibly brave. The way she plays the game and all. 

Last but not least I would like to be her for a day to have her looks. She looks stunning. From her body to her face. I really like her short hair , as I have long hair ( and I also have never had my hair upper shoulder length ) . I would just like to see and feel her hair. Everything about her face is placed perfectly. There is no imperfection. From her brown eye, to her lightly pink plump lips she is absolutely gorgeous. Also her nose is very pretty and fits amazingly with her face shape. I, however,do not like my nose and my face shape, but hers is flawless. Other than this acting part, in real life she is an amazing model.

To sum up everything that I just typed out, those are 4 reasons why I would like to be player 067 for a day.  Once again my reasons are: playing the games, feeling the emotional bond with the other players, her personality, and finally her extravagant looks.
