Application Letter to Louis-le-Grand

Dear P.

I have been working for some time now towards a goal of my own. As an aspiring surgeon,  my aim is to benefit from the best education and preparation possible that would put me in the best condition to reach this objective. My name is SAKA Mirela and  I am currently a student at Lycée Chaptal (Paris) in the European section and I yearn to finish my studies in your prestigious school. Indeed, your institution is  very well-known for its outstanding reputation based on excellence. As a matter of fact, I had the chance to receive many feedbacks from students and alumni of yours among which is my sister. Their judgments and shared experience convinced me that there is no better place for me to pursue my studies than Lycée Louis-le-Grand.

Indeed,  your school  offers me the possibility to still pursue my studies in a European section with great professors and an incredible environment which will allow me to benefit from the best study methods. I believe that your students and I have many similarities and I cannot wait to study around people who desire to work towards a common goal, are dedicated to success and  are committed to excellence.

I have always been hard-working and eager to learn, for example - I am preparing to welcome visitors to the Lycée Chaptal museum on the occasion of the Museum Night. I also participated in the creation of the future virtual museum of the Lycée Chaptal. I am very active in the life of the school. I help the eco-delegates of my school by making informative posters about various events to make the school more eco-friendly. Every Wednesday I play badminton with the school sports association. All these endeavors make me a great fit to be a “magnolydovicienne”;  a name that I wish to proudly adopt.   

Finally, I would like to shed light on the indefectible motivation I have to join your school and  improve my knowledge at all levels in order to have a better chance of working in the profession I am passionate about. I deeply believe that a change of establishment will do me the greatest good and I assure you that I measure the importance of this application.
