According to Automation Doesn’t Just Create or Destroys Jobs-It Transforms Them from The Harvard Review, The World Economic Forum estimates that there will be at least twelve million jobs that will emerge with technology than it destroys by 2025. These new jobs can create a better society and leave boring and repetitive jobs to the robots; as a result, this puts the skills of people into the workforce that can give them a new meaning. This creates a wide variety of structures that which more people can earn better wages and not have to worry about hazardous working conditions in the workforce. Therefore, enough new jobs will arise due to the results of technology because of the advanced skills of humans and the transitions of machines and humans working together.

Humans provide many advanced skills to the workforce that cannot require the work of robots. Many jobs require multiple different skills such as creativity or marketing, which robots would not meet this requirement. This helps by creating more jobs for people to use their skills; other than, working that non-minimum wage repetitive job repeatedly for forty hours a week. That repetitive and banal working condition is not an adequate working environment and should be left for the robots and not be straining for you. This can embark on a journey that can reach you up to your fullest potential of having your skills and experience be used in your life. Some of the skills are learned through experience…” This causes the ability of various experiences in people so that they can use them for many of the newer higher-skill jobs with a better wage within the job itself. Therefore, this is a great way to express your creativity and various skills to the test with the help of technology to prove that they are worth your time and effort. Furthermore, humans can be taught new skills and gain significance from the workforce and have a higher chance of obtaining the job that they want. The jobs that are in demand would be the higher-skilled or lower-skilled jobs that a human can fulfill those duties other than a robot, such as working at a theme park or being a bank teller. But these tellers now mainly perform higher value tasks.” This provides the consumers coming to the bank and need to file personal information with a human, not a machine. Therefore, this provides a higher value task to the tellers to perform their duties. This concept would be the same with a ride operator at a theme park, the operator's number one duty is to provide guest safety at any attraction. A machine could not and should not be operating any ride, such as pushing the button for dispatch; however, the only operation of the machine is the ride control system, other than that a robot does not provide adequate safety for all guests and operators. Although a robot cannot fulfill the duties of skilled jobs, such as ride operator and bank teller, humans and machines can work together for many other jobs in the workforce.

The relationship between humans and machines can be used for many duties that are fulfilled throughout the workforce, such as in medicine, finance, and customer service. Furthermore, the developments of these relations make the jobs a bit easier for the consumers; for example, a customer wants to talk to customer service at a bank, they can walk in and talk to the teller and not the robotic ATM. According to How Technology Is Destroying Jobs from the MIT Technology Review, “The machines created at Kiva and Rethink have been cleverly designed and built to work with people, taking over the tasks that the humans often don’t want to do or aren’t especially good at…to enhance these workers’ productivity.” After handing the machines the tedious and tiring duties, those jobs have been spread around to accommodate the people in that work. This creates the workers' productivity by generating how the work can be more efficient and better ergonomic for the people. Therefore, as in the theme, park industry humans and machines must work together to provide the productivity of making the guest have an experience throughout the park. Since safety is the number one priority, the ride operators make sure the guest are securely locked in per the standards of the manufacturer. The machine does not know these standards, it is up to the operator to enforce them when out on the platform and anywhere on the ride. Therefore, when a new ride opens in the amusement park, there are more opportunities to expand newer jobs and skills to safely operate the attraction. Humans and machines operate with many duties to fulfill across the world and when new ones come up more people are often fleeing to gain the skills and knowledge for it. For this instance, the idea of technology destroying jobs would leave many to believe true; however, those jobs are rising into newer jobs that have more advanced skills than machines.

Machines destroying jobs are less likely to occur in the workforce; moreover, most jobs are created to accommodate those advanced skills and experiences. According to How Technology Is Destroying Jobs from the MIT Technology Review, “Countless traditional white-collar jobs, such as many in the post office and customer service, have disappeared…making yet other human jobs obsolete.” This is refuting the belief that new jobs are rising, but the fact that these jobs are very repetitive and not worth having a human fulfill its duties. Also, this is subjective to the fact that the only jobs getting destroyed are very banal to the human body. To refute these ideas, those middle-class jobs are expanding towards the higher and lower skills that do require physical human beings to generate better productivity. As maintained by How Technology Is Destroying Jobs from the MIT Technology Review, “higher-paying jobs requiring creativity and problem-solving skills, often aided by computers, have proliferated. So have low-skill jobs: demand has increased for restaurant workers, janitors…that is nearly impossible to automate.” With this, these newer jobs would be implemented with having the technology to assist the duties of humans. Therefore, many of the middle-class jobs expand out towards different skill levels, humans can gain their fullest potential and machines can take all the boring jobs in the workforce. This belief has a false statement since more of the middle-class jobs that humans were working are now expanding to a newer and more joyful moment to implement the advanced skill. Considering how advanced technology has gotten, many machines still lack the highly advanced skills that humans have acquired. Therefore, these jobs in the middle class are not getting destroyed; however, they are expanding to the fullest potential of human beings.

Conclusively, newer jobs are being generated by pronounced skills and knowledge that humans have obtained. Therefore, technology is implemented into everyday jobs, whether it is a bank, amusement park, or in the medical field, these jobs have various changing environments that humans can adapt to. The repetitive jobs that are not changing and serve not to interest any humans can be saved for the machines. Many machines would replace the human workers that are fulfilling their duties; however, with the humans leaving, rapid changing and skilled jobs are on a rise with the increase of productivity. Furthermore, this circumstance provides an increase of jobs in the workforce with the advanced skills of human beings and the fulfillment of the relationships to implement machines and humans.
