Circuses Should Be Banned Essay Example

I strongly believe that circuses should be BANNED  as a result of the variety of animals that are being abused in many different ways as in them being snatched from their environmental home, the abuse they receive and the fact that citizens are brainwashed into watching this happen.

The fact is, these animals experience mental and physical abuse due to the careless people who are running the circuses. They receive  this horrific harm almost everyday that they’re in the circus. For example some elephants are frequently beaten with sharp tools which are represented as fireplace pokers (bullhoock’s) .These beatings are so violent that sometimes the elephants will end up bleeding. This monstrosity of a method is exhibited in “Peta’s undercover video” which depicts the treatment they serve these animals. There are so many other ways these animals are being tortured from being brutely beaten to being taken out of their own natural habitat.

With these animals being captured in the circus this effectively relates to them being abducted from their environmental home. With animals not being in their natural habitat this causes them to be unaware of their surroundings and can provide themselves with anxiety and depression which affects there mental  and social health. After these dejected animals get seized from their sustainable homes they will be left to suffer in small cages ,be deprived of food and water and even be beaten. On the site /www.dosomething.org it mentions that over 96% of a circus animals life is spent in either in chains or cages. This programs the amount of abuse and misery these innocent animals must struggle with .With this said its obviously people are very unaware of what they are really paying for .

It is unpleasant to watch people be manipulated into paying to witness the horrific harm these animals are being delivered. By paying to watch this happen you are signing up to have animals being taken out of their homes , live most of their life’s trapped in chains and harmfully affect their mental health. They encounter their health being destroyed by the flashing lights and the roaring audience. These people are unaware of these animals having to learn tricks out fear rather than encouragement  as these trainers would deliver harm if the animals didn’t preform good enough. This actively demonstrates that these animals go through beatings  in order for them to preform for your entertainment. 

To sum up everything that has been stated,  we need to stop these unfortunate animals from being forced out of their home, the dreadful damage they get served and stop scamming people out of their money to observe animal torture on stage.
