Compare and Contrast Essay about Culture and Ethnicity

The topic that I would like to write about for my compare/contrast essay is Culture and Ethnicity.  The three characteristics or traits that I will be using in my comparison are China, America, Japan and Thailand. The main difference between ethnicity and culture is that it is a group of people depending on their ancestry, culture, race, language or other special characteristics of the society in which he/she was born into. Culture is a social existence which has an explanation and characteristics of explaining the differences and similarities.  

China ethnicity and culture had been the largest local group. There are 56 different local groups. The largest local group is Han Chinese. It is an element that regards Chinese culture. The Han China history is considered as growing in numbers and geographical. The culture of China is needed for independence.The Zhuang group is the second largest community group in China with its population. Its  right to operate freely and independently is also accepted in the region as Chinese constituting many separate ethnic groups.

America culture and ethnicity had been very multicultural based on the immigrating that are in the united states of america. The ethnicity has been overlapping in the United states of america for many years. It is also known as the Multicultural Society. Which contains multiple cultures. It was based on Mexican, Italian, French, Russian, Japanese, Asian and etc...  Based on that information, we had created a list that all people come from different locations based on the trace of the Middle East, Africa, North Africa, Central Asia and Europe. 

Japan's culture and ethnicity is understood for having an equivalent kind within the world. Japan is also referred to among the most important populations within the country. supported Ryukyuan Japanese, it already had 123,900,000 people in Japan and supported Ryukyuan Japanese, it had almost 1,300,000 population within the country. Nowadays, people in japan wear traditional clothes to travel to japan temple. Even folks that attend japan for vacation still follow their traditional way within the past for photos and wear traditional clothes and even attend temples. Some people wear traditional empire clothes in japan. It is a beautiful thing and a great way to remember the past of Japan.

Thailand culture and ethnicity located in southeast asia. It is divided into four regions and in the four part regions there are 76 city provinces. It is considered the largest country by area and home to over 68 million people in the whole of Thailand. Ancient Indian, Chinese, and Thai traditions influence the present Thai culture. These ethnic groups of Thailand are based on the location of Cambodia, Malaysia, Laos, and Myanmar, and have influenced the traditional, national and global culture of Thailand. 

The similarities and differences between China and America by saying that Chinese people in China are quite close minded and other people in America are kind of open minded. People in china wear clothes more packed up and other people in america wear clothes more open up. China only had Chinese religion and America had many and multiple religions. This is the difference and similarities between China and america. 

The Differences Between China and Japanese Culture is Language, Names, Religion, Mannerisms, Cuisine, Clothing, and Architecture. The Similarities Between Chinese and Japanese Culture are supported. China and Japan share an equivalent religion which is Buddhism. They also share an equivalent food cuisine which is predicated on rice and noodles in their meals and one thing is different is that they eat raw fishes in japan. 

China and Thailand are similar and have many differences. There are few parallels between China and Thailand, but there are numerous differences.Thailand is a hot country where life is generally unhurried and people value civility above all else in their interactions. In China, on the other hand, politeness is less important than engaging effectively so that they may get on with their work.The climate in China ranges from suffocatingly hot and sticky to very cold in temperature. The food known differs as well as others, but food in Thailand is not diverse across the country as it is in the United States, and the two cuisines are completely different aside from the fact that rice is a staple in both countries.

Thais have a sense of "cool and style" - there is often a country style - Levi jeans, pickup vehicles, long hair, classic style motorcycles. Many Chinese wear glasses, study hard, are serious, and are very focused on their future.Thai people are very loving or loyal to Buddhists who value attachment  to behaviors that ensure the next life is better than this one's suffering. The Chinese are obsessed with gathering wealth. They have few ethical constraints in their pursuit of money, and they like bragging about any purchases they make to boost their lives. Family is vital in both cultures.
