William Shakespeare was a wonderful actor, writer, poet, and playwright. One of the greatest poets in the world was Shakespeare, he even had his own English language.

To begin with, William Shakespeare grew up in England and went to a local school. Ever since he was a child William wanted to go into theater and writing. “When he was 18, Shakespeare married a woman named Anne Hathaway. Within three years, they had three children. But Shakespeare wanted more from life; he longed to be in the theater.” “Shakespeare joined a traveling acting company. (His family stayed in Stratford.) The acting group went from town to town performing plays. During that time, Shakespeare began writing his own plays and poems.”(Kowalski, Kathiann M. "Meet William Shakespeare.") Additionally, William Shakespeare accomplished many things in his life and everyday he will be remembered. Shakespeare will be forever part of English history. Back when Shakespeare was a child he didn’t have the quality life. “As the eldest son, Shakespeare ordinarily would have been apprenticed to his father’s shop so that he could learn and eventually take over the business, but according to one account he was apprenticed to a butcher because of reverses in his father’s financial situation.” (“Shakespeare, William.”) Another thing is that, William Shakespeare had faced some challenges, his family wasn’t the richest so when his father died he was supposed to be a butcher because they weren’t financially stable. Eventually Shakespeare did become an actor and a playwright and he was very successful in doing so. Some of Shakespeares more famous poems where “Venus and Adonis” and “The Rape of Lucrece”. William Shakespeare had great success as a poet and writer, but he also had success in a family life. “On Nov. 28, 1582, church authorities gave permission for him to marry Anne Hathaway of the neighboring village of Shottery. He was 18 years old, and she was 26; probably she was pregnant. On May 26, 1583, their daughter Susanna was baptized in Holy Trinity. Twins named Hamnet and Judith were baptized on Feb. 2, 1585.”(Danson, Lawrence.) William was great at his job and he loved it and enjoyed it, but he also loved his wife and kids very much.

Ultimately, Shakespeare had to fight to become great and he used his education to do what he loved. Around the world today many kids in school learn about the things he did and read the different books he wrote. William Shakespeare had to face the challenge of not having a lot when growing up and he still succeeded and had a family also. William Shakespeare remains one of the brightest and greatest English playwrights in history.
