Would I integrate Automation into my Business?... Pfft, heck ya! Automation is the future of businesses and integrating into my business will be a move I would take into priority. The reason I would integrate automation in my business is because of its efficiency, demand, and higher profit compared to human employees in the same sector. The advantages and disadvantages both balance out with proper Market strategies, Corporate Responsibility, and Safety inspectors. The system of automation structures a positive trend in profit depending on the type of my business and the pricing of the automation as well as how much my business capital can financially invest. Looking at trends and analyzing through inferences, The market structures and business structures have already added some sort of integration of automation and digital system control to enhance their demand from simple machines to smart security all playing their roles, respectfully enhancing the business's efficiency, demand, and ultimately, the total profit/revenue.

When automation enters a business, the efficiency increases, effectively eliminating the cost of employment, more work completed in less time, and reducing the amount of effort for other employers. In cooperation with intelligence and data structures, Ai in automation created the greatest impact of efficiency in automation. This includes the system of productivity, time and the ability/capability to remember and store knowledge more than a human in the same sector of work. However, as Uncle Ben says “with knowledge comes great power and with great power comes great responsibility”. It turns out, automation does have an issue with power and responsibility affecting the efficiency of automation. As everything needs constant power to conduct anything, automation uses quite a lot of power and wouldn't be able to conduct operations. However, contradicting the argument, most automation uses electrical energy for power which turns out to be less costly, lasts longer, and is environmentally friendly. In addition, businesses can also be more efficient in getting power doing their corporate responsibility such as using solar panels like Elon Musk's production plant creating a better way of receiving power for themselves and their surroundings. Ultimately making these approaches with automation can help increase efficiency allowing the business to run more stable competing with the supply and demand.

Aside from efficiency, automation has other advantages that help to increase the profit of businesses through its demand followed by a marketing strategy. Effective marketing of the  automation in a business brings demand attracting customers,  employment, and attracting investors allowing for more existential business growth and more capital return on enhancing the business. As most businesses shift into integrating automation or start with automation integrated in their business, consumers also want to be part of the movement looking for opportunities where they can see how efficient the automation is with their product. Thus, the effect of consumer awareness allows the business to conduct marketing strategies like advertisements that show how their smart automation creates, handles, and ships their products. This will also attract people who are interested in working in the growing field of automation and will create a popular demand to work in my business. Since Automation proves that it is more efficient than people, investors will be interested in forming deals knowing that automation can keep up with demand and supply. Argumentatively, as the demand of consumers, customers, and investors are all based on marketing strategy and the efficient automation, if one feature turns out to have a flaw such as safety for automation or false claims in marketing strategies that get busted by journalists, the demand will be the cuase of huge downfall risking my businesses customers, consumers, and investors. Furthermore, Opponents of the integration of Automation will also argue that the employment rate will not grow but shrink since automation will take over the jobs. Begging to differ from all arguments,  automation actually creates more jobs to put into work that builds, repairs, and improves automation as well as creating more employment for safety and surveillance that can help market the business by proving that the business is capable of running with employers and automation bringing the argument to a complete equilibrium.  Because the argument is symmetrical and has similar effects to each other, it would be like having a trade off between efficiency and employment ultimately.
