In the new age, technology has taken over which has created more jobs in digital media. After taking digital media it has helped me explore careers in technology and create an interest in these careers. I realized there are a lot of jobs in digital media, the one that stood out and that I liked was digital marketing. This employment involves creating a company's website or other digital resources to increase sales of products or services. By developing the webpage the renovation or construction of a company's Web site is an important area of work for digital marketers. If the website already exists, digital marketing specialists examine it to see if it's an effective marketing tool for the company's goods and services. The focus of my research on this career is to learn more about what they do and how they can help the digital media world.

Employees in the digital marketing industry are constant learners. They must stay up with new technology, social and digital media, software and hardware, as well as new marketing tactics, to be successful in this profession. Strong communication skills, as well as good listening abilities, are required. Strong analytical and research abilities are also required depending on the profession. Digital marketers interact with a wide range of people from diverse fields, so having a flexible attitude and good interpersonal skills is advantageous. This job is best suited to self-motivated individuals who can operate independently as well as in groups. It's also necessary to have patience and tenacity to see a project through. You can work on your school newspaper or yearbook to gain experience in advertising and marketing, or look for part-time or summer employment in an advertising or marketing agency (preferably one that specializes in digital marketing/advertising). You can also develop an internet marketing or advertising campaign for a genuine or hypothetical product or service. The medium it falls under is business because it requires you to create a website for consumers. Business plays a big role in this job because you need to find the right target market and what kind of buyers the company will bring in, and how can you expand the buyer profile. The job responsibilities are  web search marketing, database marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. These are planned and executed measures and reports on the success of all digital marketing efforts and compares them to their objectives.  Through digital marketing, you develop new and innovative growth tactics. Digital marketing creates collaboration with corporate departments and optimizes the user experience.  Uses strong analytical skills to assess the customer experience from beginning to end across different channels. Every job has challenges every worker must overcome and try to solve some of the challenges in digital marketing. “Producing effective referrals” means how you can make your consumers want to click on your ads, your social posts, and other online media, and take action on your website. In digital marketing, you also have to overcome “generating traffic”. The total amount of people that visit your site and how long they remain is referred to as generating traffic. By growing the amount of traffic to your website, you have a better chance of persuading that consumer that she or he needs to buy something. How do you go about doing that? As skilled digital marketers will confirm, you must post the appropriate content. Another challenge in digital marketing is keeping up with web and internet trends, Nowadays there's so much online competition out there. You must fight for your customers' attention. That means doing everything you can to make sure the customer’s needs, questions, concerns, and perception of your brand is your highest priority.

There are many possibilities for growth in this profession, you could start out as a graphic designer then become a social media manager. Both professions; work on web design and teach you good skills on how to make your website look good. Then, you can get a promotion to a content marketing specialist that targets the business aspect of digital marketing, then you become a digital marketing specialist and manager. Which means you have the skills of design and business, and you can help companies become better and make more money. This career was very appealing to me outl of all the digital media professions because, in digital marketing you have full creative control.You can create logos and designs however you want or see fit for the company. That was appealing to me because I like jobs where you can show off your creativity and ideas while collaborating with a business or businesses. The skills I have that would make me successful in digital marketing are my creativity skills and my ability to be open minded and inquire questions. Which is important to have because creativity will be what distinguishes great digital marketers from mediocre. Marketers will need creativity not only to find unique ways to cut through the ever-increasing information clutter, but also to solve business problems creatively. The area I might have difficulty in is content marketing because you have to know what all the users like and find something they would all like. I would have to improve on this by researching all the time and coming up with things nobody would think of.

The use of technology in this job is an extremely important scene. A big part of the job is web design which requires technology. Digital marketing also requires technology because Digital technology can help businesses streamline processes, increase efficiency, boost productivity, and save money. Technology also simplifies marketing of any product or service. There are numerous effective methods of technology in digital marketing for your services.
