As the population grows, the issue of illegal immigrants in the United States will also grow and we will face many challenges. These challenges could include losing lots of land in order for construction workers to make more houses for these people. But losing this land will result in problems like no more farmland. We could also end up having the economy go down hill. And we could potentially end up having more terrorist attacks.

As more illegal immigrants come to America from other countries we will lose lots of land in order for construction workers to make more apartments and houses for these people. But losing this land will result in problems like less farmland, which is where some of our natural resources grow, like fruits and vegetables. And these farms provide the resources, like food, needed to survive! These farms also provide materials to manufacture goods.

The economy is another problem we will face. Taxpayers pay lots of money every year to help out America. Well, as more illegal immigrants come over from their home country we will have to pay for these people. We may not even know we are paying for them! Because health care and education for these undocumented immigrants and their families are super high. But, if someone goes to the doctor and can’t pay their bill, they don’t have to, because the government takes care of it. The same goes for school, if the children's parents can’t pay for the things needed for school, they also won’t have to. The government provides these things. Which means if we pay the government through our taxes, then the more people who come over here illegally and don’t pay for stuff means we are paying through our tax dollars for other people to live here illegally. This is probably the number one problem with illegal immigrants coming to America.

Lastly, the number of terrorist attacks on America could potentially go up. We don’t know the backgrounds or minds of the people who fake their way into America. Not knowing who these people are, or even if they are legal American citizens is dangerous. Who knows they could already have a terrorist group in America and they are the final piece and are bringing the bombs over! This is a serious and very scary thing to not know how many illegal immigrants live here and what their plans are while they are here!

To sum up everything above, I would like to say, I am proud to be an American citizen. We have much more freedom than other countries and my parents don’t have to worry about whether they should move our family to America or how they should do it. But, I would also like to say that more people should come over legally because just picking up and moving can get you in a lot of trouble and it also damages our free country!
