The person would have to b Jane Addams. What was her women’s right? Well, she did write a lot of articles then she has to give the speeches worldwide by promoting peace and she helped found the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom in 1919. She also impacts the women by, with her two friends they opened Hull House on Chicago's tough west side in 1889. She co-founded the first national women's labor union and two major civil rights groups. 

She also did the lobbied for an eight-hour workday and an end to child labor. Why did Jane Addams fight for her rights was because is to prove that women needed the vote, She and the other suffragists spoke extensively on the many social issues that could be resolved if women had a voice in government. How did Jane Addams deal with the immigrants by doing this house called the Hull House, the team provided an array of vital services to thousands of people each week like they established a kindergarten and day-care for working mothers; provided job training; English language, cooking, and acculturation classes for immigrants; established a job-placement bureau, and the community.

 With Jane Addams policy was experiences to give voice to standpoints marginalized in society. Simultaneously, she worked to give the oppressed their own voice through college extension courses, English language courses, and social clubs that fostered political and social debate. They show that Jane Addams that she cares about the people and the way she did it is like ordinary. She believed that with any effective social reform required the more and the less fortunate to get to know one another. She worked for protective legislation for children and women and advocated for labor reforms. Her fights were for the children that want to make it better for them. It takes a lot for her to make sure that every kid and women are doing good. She did help the poor people and become the first women to receive the Nobel Peace Prize. 

What did she do to contributed the sociology is that she created a place that ethics at the center of society and social life. Jane with her social work as a expert practical reformer where she lobbied Illinois lawmakers for legislation to benefit the poor while serving as the neighborhood sanitation officer. Her another children’s right that she contributed to the 1912 creation of the U.S. Children’s Bureau and the 1916 Federal Child Labor Law. 

There are some quotes of what Jane Addams said: “Social advance depends as much upon the process through which it is secured as upon the result itself” when everything is a process with any social things that’s going on. “Nothing could be worse than the fear that one had given up too soon, and left one unexpended effort that might have saved the world” meaning that there is fear in people mind and trying to deal with another person given up too soon. “America's future will be determined by the home and the school. The child becomes largely what he is taught; hence we must watch what we teach, and how we live”. What this means is that in the future will get better with any homes and the schools to provide for people to make sure that they are staying in a stable life. 

The ethical principles from the NASW code of ethics are important is because to set any forth the values, principles and standards. It shows that the profession’s care values to settle a standard that should be used to guide social work practice. Back then it wasn’t easy at all for people because they have to fight for food and shelter. People are glad that Jane Addams came to the rescue with putting those people into a home where they can work and eat. The Women’s right wouldn’t happened if it wasn’t for Jane Addams. 

What people didn’t know was she became president of the International Congress of Woman in 1915, she did find of the Woman’s Peace Party. She had to do with the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom. Women’s in today society need to realized that you have food on the table, that they lived in the house. Good thing with Jane Addams did for the people like mothers with a child to take them into settlement house so they can have a place to stay where you can eat and work in that household. Jane Addams was basically there for the immigrants when they needed help and change their lives from poor people into wealth people. For Support with the Women’s right, she was there for every moment for that to make sure that every women has equal rights just like the men do.
