Firstly, I’d like to mention that we are able to live longer if we have a healthy body. This is one of the primary reasons why the public maintains a healthy lifestyle. The research went so far as to compare those who adopted those five factors with those who didn’t adopt any. The five factors include maintaining a healthy diet, not smoking, exercising a minimum of 3.5 hours per week, drinking only moderate amounts of alcohol and maintaining a traditional weight with a body mass index of between 18.5 and 24.9. For women who didn’t follow any of the five healthy habits, they were estimated to be measured on average until they were 79 years old and for men until they were 75.5 years old. On the other hand, women who followed all five healthy lifestyle habits lived 93.1 years and men lived 87.6 years.

Eating a diet and exercising regularly can help us avoid obesity and maintain a healthy weight. According to the 2015–2020 Dietary Guidelines for Americans, women require between 1,600 and 2,400 calories per day, while men require between 2,000 and 3,000. We will not consume more calories than necessary. Muscle mass is constructed by exercise, and muscle tissue burns more calories even when at rest. Maintaining a healthy weight can assist in reducing the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and high blood pressure, as well as a variety of malignancies.

You can go for a run, cycle or walk faster. Walking is an excellent form of exercise that aids in the burning of excess body fat. Every day, 30 minutes to an hour of exercise is recommended. Exercise can aid in the improvement of our immune systems. It has the potential to increase our body's ability to pump oxygen and nutrients into the cells that fight bacteria and viruses. Exercising can also help us to keep our weight in check. You burn more calories when you exercise more. In addition, the more muscle we get, the higher our metabolic rate, which means we burn more calories even when we aren't exercising. In summary, we can see that exercise can help our bodies stay healthy.

Drinking more water is another way to keep our bodies healthy. Water makes up 60% of our whole body weight. Water can help maintain homeostasis by keeping our bodies at the proper temperature and removing pollutants. Our skin is clear, our kidneys are healthy, our appetites are controlled, and our bodies are active when we drink enough water. Drinking extra water can also prevent us from consuming calorie-dense beverages such as soda or juice.

Health and fitness are important in our lives because they keep ourselves and those around us happy and healthy. Health is like money, we will only realise how valuable it is when we lose our health. A healthy person can achieve happiness and achievement more quickly than a weak and unhealthy person. It is a true blessing to be active and healthy. People are continually working hard in order to make money, but often neglect their health in the process. When they become ill, they lose their attention and dedication to their profession. In order to be truly wealthy, we must keep our bodies healthy.
