Essay Sample on Roe v. Wade

We have the Roe v. Wade law in place for a reason. To protect the rights that a woman gets to choose what happens to her body. It isn’t murderer because the constitutional right to choose established in Roe v. Wade, fetal protection legislation must exempt abortion from punishment. Canada has said it is unconstitutional. "Fetal rights" are something that the court turns down. Fetal rights was the idea that a fetal had the same rights as a born human.  Which is wrong, cause it is not a right or law this means that a fetals rights doesn’t have the same rights as a full born human. And that means the carrier aka the mother has every choice over the fetal cause is her body. Even if she may be a “bad mother” she still has the right over her womb and her fetals and what she chooses to do with the baby before the baby is born.  A study by the American Psychological Association comparing the mental health of someone who had an abortion is also a very big part of pro-choice. 95% of women who went with abortion when not wanting the baby for whatever reason said they “felt it was the right decision”. While the other 5% felt more “regret and anger” and “less relief and happiness”. Also in some cases, abortion is better for the baby. Some babies have such a high chance of dying even before giving birth. Also in some cases, abortion is really the best choice. In cases where the woman is raped or does not have consent to the pregnancy and to have sex she should choose if she keep the kid. What if the girl is young too, you think she should go through the pain of having to give birth that young.  A survey in the peer-reviewed Perspectives on Sexual and Reproductive Health asking women why they had an abortion found that almost 73% of women didn’t have the money to take care of a child, while the other 38% said giving birth would interfere with their education and career goals. People may call this selfish but it isn’t.a “good” woman is basically supposed to be a giving tree who consents to whatever is asked of her. If she doesn’t consent to things like a child it is labeled as “selfish”. Maybe if we actually took the time to wonder if what we are asking is reasonable this wouldn’t happen. Any individual who was to force a woman to have a baby against her will is evil. And, anyone who supports that may as well be too.A fetus’s right to life is debatable. A woman is not.In many ways that can affect her future too. Yes, children’s lives matter but you want to politely give up the young mother’s life and her child, cause at that age you shouldn’t even be having kids and your body is most likely not ready for it.
