Hate towards Mexican and Latin Americans has risen because of the media and the stereotypes people are putting on them. It goes from discriminations to murder  .While progress on how Hispanics are getting little by little less hate now, hate towards Mexican and Latin Americans are rising and Hispanics are also being portrayed as the bad guys These stereotypes are going to far and Hispanics  are being murder left to right  . The news- glossing over the murder issues, simply portraying Hispanics as the bad guys, speaking without being educated on topics The Media bombards public with never-ending hateful images and sounds and it's aimed at minorities as well. How Mexican/Latin Americans are getting oppressed . Hate crimes are rocketing with more and more hate and violence toward them. Mexican/Latin Americans are getting hate in the media, which is leading to them getting killed . Hispanics are getting killed by the negativity in the media and how it backlashes on them .’ It goes from verbal harassments to murder .’  hate motivated murders are the most common thing when it comes to killing Mexican/Latin Americans. This shows how big of an impact the media can have and how it affects people's views of other people. The media is bashing Hispanics and putting them in different types of bad groups just because of our background . This connection is how stereotypes are going too far and how stereotypes can change someone's life and viewing to others. The media impacts Mexican/Latin Americans in a negative way and how every little thing the media puts out their categories into them. The media portrayals of Latin Americans have had a negative impact on the Latin American community. Historically Latinos have  been portrayed negatively through stereotypes but they have also been  ignored and excluded by most of the American media.”(Gulman). This shows how deep the media can be and how it affects people's daily lives. This connects to how the hate goes higher and higher and how the media is a bad place to get info if you look in the wrong places.
