The printing press revolutionized the printing industry by allowing books to be mass produced. Before the invention of the printing press, there was no way to mass produce books. The printing press was a vital part of education exploration and economics.

The printing press was a big part of exploration. The printing press would allow books to be printed for explorer expeditions. The text states, “...included the real travels of Marco Polo, an Italian merchant, as well as the pure fiction attributed to John de Madeville ''(Document 2). The books inspire people to earn their wealth from reading about the wealth that the explorers earned from going on their expeditions. It also made them want to move to the land that some explorers found. Christopher Columbus was an explorer and he went on an expedition that got popular and made the king and queen send him on another expedition.

The printing press was a major part of education. With the invention of the printing press philosophers' written text could be copied faster and more students could use the texts. In the document, it states, “...”(Document 3) The printing press allowed textbooks to be printed fast and efficiently. With the printing press they could translate and print the classical textbooks instead of having to hand write it. Through the printing press, books could be printed for the students to study.

The printing press was also a good part of economics. The printing press allowed accountants to print out the accounting information for large companies. In the passage, it says, “...and the adoption of innovation in bookkeeping and accounting”(Document 4). Marchants could use the printing press to print their profit rates to know how likely they are to get an investment. The printing press also allowed more jobs to be created. Some of the jobs include bookkeeping and accounting and operating the printing press.

Through the printing presses ability to mass produce books, it made economics, exploration, and education easier. It made bookkeeping and accounting easier in economics. It made people want to earn more money from reading about exploration. It made textbooks for education. The printing press allowed books to be printed way faster than before, and it revolutionized the world, starting with education, exploration, and economics.
