Persuasive Essay: Should Schools Keep Summer Break?

Schools should not eliminate summer vacations. Youths take summer as an opportunity to find jobs or volunteer for any organization and spend time with family. Summer vacations give opportunities to develop better social skills. Summer camp workers will lose their business if there is no summer vacation. So for these things to maintain the same as they are,  schools should not get rid of summer vacation.

People like to spend more time with family and friends without no distractions. This means giving your brain a break from any distractions such as school and work. With summer vacation others wouldn't have to worry about any work due any time soon and will get to relax. Also, youths like to volunteer and work during the summer to find something that will benefit them. Summer camp workers would lose their business due to people not sending their children since there's not enough time. If summer vacations were to stay the same as they are it'll be a benefit for summer camp workers, youths, and multiple others.

Others may say summer vacation should be removed because it'll prevent them from forgetting important learning, but I argue that summer vacation should stay since people need a break from processing multiple information from learning.

In conclusion, only a few schools support removing summer vacation,  but it won't be possible for now. If we continue doing summer vacation regularly they would be no other struggles added.
