When you were 8 years old, you got sent to a hospital to get tested on your knowledge.  You get placed in special school to help you get better with reading, math and writing. I know being in the orphanage is hard because you were picked on a lot by your peers. Sometimes you get sad because no one visited you and you would wonder what would happen in the future and or you would wonder where my family is. You were a reckless kid by getting in trouble in school, starting fights with other kids and going down a stairway railing and getting splinters stuck in your stomach. A lot of good things are going to happen to you in your life when you grow up. You were given news that a family is waiting for you and your sister to be adopted into America. You are making a really big decision about going to America and it will change your whole life because you will start a new life with a new family that will take care of you. 

I want you to remember these two quotes “Only surround yourself with people who will lift you higher.” You will have to be a leader for your sister and showing it to your family and new friends and knowing that will make you a better person than you were in the orphanage. The second quote is “Go confidently in the direction of your dreams.  Live the life you have imagined.”-Judy Garland. You will have to push yourself out of your comfort zone even if you fail you have to try again and not beat yourself about. Change can be really hard when moving away from your family and friends but, you have your sister by your side to help get through what is coming your way. Don’t think about the past and think about the future because looking back in the past will hurt you and it will give you bad memories that you know you don’t want to remember when you are growing up.
