God (noun): supernatural being with power over humanity, the creator and ruler of the universe.

People in the world believe that God(s) exist; as the creator of the universe. He is the omniscient supreme being that has power over humanity, controlling the function of life. God is a superior being that lives in a different realm beyond the observable universe, yet, He is present and accessible to mortals. These statements raise the ultimate question of whether or not God truly exists. If God does exist, is he controlling our actions? Are our lives a predetermined timeline? According to the article Why Does God Exist by C. A. Mcintosh, the author claims nothing exists unjustified (Mcintosh, 1). If God exists, He has a sense of purpose, the intention to oversee humanity. He was created for the universe and to stabilize the good and the evil. The article also states that everything can not exist through nothing (Mcintosh, 2). This theory explains the fact that the existence of everything comes from something. If God truly exists, who created Him? Where did God originate? God cannot arise from nothing. We tend to debate over the existence of God because many people follow Him and listen to His words, but it is unknown if He exists. People believe that God supposedly gave us life and freedom. However, others may suspect that we are not free because God created us and is controlling us. These theories may alter our mindset on making ethical judgments and behave according to their beliefs and values. People who believe that God does not exist are more likely to be dishonest and have violent behavior because they assume that they have the freedom to do whatever they desire since God is not controlling them. A world without privilege may lead to disasters and corruption; people will consistently live in fear. Even so, a fraction of people who believe that God does not exist may also appreciate life and reflect on the outcomes before making ruthless decisions because there are no unnecessary restrictions. Likewise, people who believe in God will be respectful and attentive to life because they listen to God to improve their lives, or they can be ill-mannered since their choices are restricted. People are continuously debating in modern society on the existence of God because we have no understanding if He is an immortal being that came from something. Some people claim that they know God exists because they have spoken to Him, whereas others have no relationship with God.

In my religious opinion, God is nonexistent, and he did not create nor control the universe. Humans do not know anything about God, but we know what he is like; He is good. This speculation has made people believe that God can improve their lives by granting us freedom. Nonetheless, I conclude that the existence of God depends on religion. Religion was built upon civilization and is the emotional and social support system for humanity. The concept of God derives from religion and is in our mentality and belief. God cannot exist if we do not have any faith or trust in Him. We do not have scientific or humane evidence of the existence of God, and I am sure God does not have the tools to build a universe and mortals. If mortals exist naturally through something, God must have been created by something else because He can not arbitrarily exist as a superior being above humanity with ultimate power. Therefore, I believe that God does not exist; he cannot control the universe and humanity. Undoubtedly, my response regarding God is controversial because the bulk of the population are religious and believe in a God or even multiple Gods. Declaring that God does not exist can be harmful and disrespectful toward those who believe in God. Ultimately, I suppose that it is easy to defend my answer because we do not have credential evidence or documentation that can prove the existence of God. Some people may argue that they have seen or heard of God, but this can result from the placebo effect; people have faith in God, sensing that God has spoken to them. Overall, it is humane for people to dispute the existence of God, but I believe God does not exist due to the lack of evidence.
