I was really curious to check my findings when I initially heard that we were going to conduct a personality assessment. I had taken a lot of personality tests previously, so I was interested to see how this one turned out. I believe the results I received were quite accurate. There are some things, though, that I do not believe are fit for me. I expected resourceful orange to be my first preference, but I was received authentic blue first, with resourceful orange coming in second. I am not surprised that these two are at the top of my preference list. The most important thing I discovered about myself was that I enjoy being in a warm and inviting setting. It is difficult for me to work on what I am doing if I do not feel at ease in the place I am in. I believe that receiving encouragement will help me to improve my performance. These characteristics appear to be linked to my genuine blue perspective. However, there are a few characteristics that I believe do not fit me. I do not have the finest public speaking abilities. However, I believe I can communicate effectively in a safe environment where I feel at ease with everyone. A lot of the features of orange also fit me nicely. To define me, I think I am a combination of blue and orange traits. I knew gold would be my last choice when I saw the features of gold preference. It did end up being my final preference in the results. It is crucial to have a space where you can be creative while also listening to other people's ideas. I would be able to not only broaden my perspective but also more effectively come up with answers to any difficulties in this setting. I love doing a lot of solo work since I feel like I work best when I'm alone. Although I do not generally enjoy working in a group, the collaborative element can help me come up with some innovative solutions or ideas.

More time in terms of deadlines and other such things is not beneficial to me. I believe that having tighter deadlines and greater freedom enables me to work more efficiently. Even if I have far-off deadlines, I find that I delay on such chores since they are not at the top of my priority list. However, if I am working on something with a tighter deadline, I will work on it more rapidly. Also, when I only have a few instructions for an assignment or task, I find that this is how I produce the most innovative and exceptional work. This may either help or damage me. I might not be able to work quickly enough if I do not pay attention to how near the deadlines are. Or I could be so focused on one activity that I neglect the other. When working in a team, I feel I am capable of adjusting to various responsibilities. If my group does not have a leader, I will take charge. If the group requires a mediator, I am very adept at bringing diverse opinions together and bringing them to mutually acceptable conclusions.

It is crucial to consider how I will connect with and comprehend others who have various work preferences. Even if I do not like or agree with them, I feel I can get along with virtually everyone. I have had to work with a variety of individuals in the past, and I believe that this has given me the ability to be open-minded while engaging with anyone. If you just have a group of individuals with one work preference, I believe that bringing people with various work preferences together can help you come up with fresh ideas. This part of working in groups appeals to me the most. I have always loved simply listening to others and attempting to comprehend their viewpoints. I generally put myself last to make it easy for others to take precedence. Others' happiness/worries, I believe, should always take priority over mine. If I am not cautious, this may be damaging to me at times.

This might because I am more introverted. I have always preferred to just sit back and listen to what others have to say. I simply add my honest whenever I have something to say. However, when it comes to topics/tasks that I am passionate about, I tend to talk a lot more since I am generally able to come up with more creative solutions. I enjoy having the choice of working with others without feeling obligated to do so. I must have someone educate me in a way that makes me feel like I'm not being pushed to complete tasks and that allows me to be creative with this one. It also helps a lot to have a positive workplace where everyone feels like they can participate. It is exciting to be able to apply the abilities I have acquired in class to real-world circumstances or other things.

With all of this in mind, it is difficult for me to pinpoint exactly where I want to work. There are two areas of employment that I believe would suit me nicely. Working in the arts or entertainment industry comes to mind. With my previous experience, I have discovered that I excel at creative tasks. And I believe these two industry locations appeal to me the most. I can think of a few occupations that might fit me well, such as entertainer, language translator, or artist. I understand that all of these professions are somewhat different, but I have some experience with all of them and could work in any of them. This personality test, I believe, helped me learn more about myself and what I want to achieve. Being able to examine various industries and choose what is best for me prompted me to consider what is best for myself. Being able to engage with a variety of people with varying job preferences has also helped me better understand and sympathize with diverse people. I am going to start researching further into what I can do to guide myself along the career routes that I want.
