Organizations are always present in a nation, whether within the nation or international organizations. These organizations are formed for specific purposes in order to achieve specific goals for the nation or world.

One of these is the United Nations or known as the UN. United Nations existed to foster communication between its member states to accomplish and achieve global goals. The organization has a total of 193 countries that meets up annually to discuss or debate global issues, security, and diplomacy is known as the general assembly.  UN also has a security council that prevents conflict on a large scale, promoting peace through diplomacy with specific members representing each continent or place. The UN also has the Economic and Social Council, which works to improve standards of living and support human rights that work for special agencies. It also has the International Court of Justice that shoulders the discussion about law violations. One of the arms of the UN that is not operational because it was suspended in 1994 is called the Trusteeship Council. It also has the Secretariat that are the ones that compile reports and communicate between different councils. Despite these councils, the UN is criticized for its influence on the world. It may seem that they are not doing well on their part and making influence for the people. They are also criticized for being known as ‘useless’ for most people because of their lacking of influence and action. One of the flaws of the UN is the lack of involvement towards its member nation that caused a loss. Although the UN has its flaws as an organization, proper discipline, involvement, and influence with cooperation might help them govern and aid its member nation or internationally.

International Monetary Fund is considered as the overlapping finance arm of the United Nation and has 188 nation members. It is about financing and investing in developing countries and eliminating poverty. It also monitors exchange rate systems, stabilizes international monetary systems, and fosters global financial cooperation. IMF is the one responsible for the money and funds of the organization internationally. It also provides loans to prevent a country from collapsing and keeping the economic balance of the world. Despite these actions and functions, IMF has its flaws also. One of these is that of the dependency of the countries towards the organization because the IMF only offers loans with a high rate of interest rather than assistance. Because of this dependency, it can cause and impact countries when a natural calamity takes place. Its unfair treatment also on the voting rights of its members. The higher and greater contributions result in more rights than the one's lesser contribution. It mainly focuses on the west countries rather than focusing on the organization as a whole. But also knowing this problem comes with a responsibility to make solutions. They can perform with discipline and justice towards the members of the organization.

These organizations are vital elements of the world for they help achieve global goals. They also have specific things to fulfill in order to achieve these goals and help others worldwide. Every one of these have their own flaws to improve. From leadership, influence, discipline, and many other more. To know these problems, require perseverance and cooperation to come up with better solutions.
