Briefly summarize the journey that the Bologna Process has taken.

Educational reform of European Higher Education School system came about when a group of countries France, England, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Ireland, Australasia, and other countries forming the committee that would enlist highly effective (IT), Security team of leaders to transform the higher institutions of learning that were not measuring up to ever changing world form the global education perspective.

The Bologna process was established in 2007, but mission is still the same, create new innovative higher educational institutes across Europe.  Bologna, France is where the meeting takes place and center foundation EDUCAUSE Center for Applied research. 

This important for the future learners and educators a cross the world. Productive and conducive reformation of change by collaborative leaders and positive directional leadership in education.

Determine how the Bologna Process is positioned to serve Academic needs of Pan - European Countries.

The Bologna Process committee set out to research answers to problems in the pan European countries higher education discrepancies. They had formed a reformation coalition and come up with a plan to transform their higher education institutes of learning. A select group of leaders and scholars, knew for pan-European higher education structure needed a security and a good resources of IT technology. They also knew in order pan European educational advance for a productive connection at the global level they needed brainstorm ideas, funding curriculums scholars, and training for instructors to guide and implement the proposed changes of reformation effectively, they need to pull on resources and ideas from other countries input to orchestrate a successful transformation.

Change and organization, budgets government, learners and instructions are not easy because it’s part of major global pitcher.  It is my position 2007 case study The Bologna Process set to answer the 5-Ws of pan euro education, then I think resources from several diverse models only gave them plat forms. The Needs, Wants, Must haves, problem solving implementations. With every education infrastructure good leadership and committees are necessary to set guidelines and standards.

Analyze how the Bologna Process will support the academic initiatives in the United 

States.

As Table 1 shows, the study researched some of the top universities. The United States is the country of preference of higher education. The chart indicates that the United States higher institutions of learning are highly rated and diverse (IT) and multilayered flexibility of learning structure, online, face to face. The United Academic standards are models that are cohesive with other top countries. Learning is possible for everyone but may have to be formatted to feed the learning needs of the learner. Instructors are sometimes strict, but a good educator pulls out the best in their students and explains and finds answers to questions if possible.

It is the cyber security of Information technology that connects the world to education connections around the world.

Schools like Harvard and Yale, Berkely, Cal state there are diverse array institutions for those to model connect transform higher education wherever they are.

The Bologna Process also using the format of the United States though not perfect as having some qualities to make Pan European Higher institute learning better

Augment the Bologna Process with three additional ideas you may have to improve the flexibility of universities in Europe.

The Bologna process case study sows extensive research by looking at other higher institutes of learning that are considered the top universities.

This is commendable, Technology is an absolute e must for cross communicative links to our global educational foundations around the world. Connections is key to modeling and producing high quality educational institutes in learning. Whether the learning takes place virtually, commuter, physical onsite or from texts and course instruction, video, or other multiple layered resources (Donnelly, 20112).  

I believe that Self inventory of students, country, instruction, and governance needs to be mentored. Implementing workshops and surveys can only enhance the goal specific courses of action for learning. If there is no plan or guide, then you’re drifting in space. (2). Career day exploration for learners and instructors, What is it you hope to accomplish and where do want to work in career perspective?  (3.) Originality, history, organization, tutors, peer to peer help workshop of sharing. Communication, Educational alternatives where students everywhere can figure and there natural learning ability. This would benefit the Pan European higher education institutions to a new scale, beyond, math, sciences, arts, social construct of preservation. (Vance,2018).
