Isaac Newton changed the world in so many ways. He created the three laws of motion, the book of Principia. He also had another book called Optics. He influenced the world with his theories of gravity and all of his laws. Newton went to one of the best schools in the world, Cambridge. He also went to the King’s School in Grantham. 

Isaac Newton was born on January 4th, 1643. Even in the early stages of life, Newton was obsessed with mathematics and physics. He went first started his college career at the King’s School in Grantham. He dropped out of that school because it was more grammar-based. Next semester though, he enrolled in one of the most know universities in Europe at the time, Cambridge. In college, he studied physics and mathematics along with quite a few more that were not as important to him as physics and mathematics. After Newton completed college he was so smart he started teaching standard science but he enjoyed advanced science better. Around three-quarters of the year through Newton’s teaching year the bubonic plague broke out all over Europe. Bodies in the streets and rats everywhere spreading the deadly disease. His year of teaching was cut short due to Cambridge shutting down. One of Newton’s greatest discoveries, while he was quarantined, was that if you ran white light through a prism it would be a rainbow of colors. So hence he discovered that white is just all the colors combined. When Cambridge opened back to the public, Newton just kept on teaching right where he left off. One day he was sitting under an apple tree reading a mathematical book as usual. An apple fell onto his head as he suddenly thought why that apple fell. Gravity, the earth is moving in a circle and is so big it's creating g-forces pulling things to the ground. That was one of Newton’s biggest discoveries. 

Newton was also a very large and trusted scientist in the early Scientific Revolution. He was well known for creating the three laws of motion. The first is: A stationary body will remain stationary unless an external force is applied to it. The second law: Force is equal to mass times acceleration, and a change in motion is proportional to the force applied. Newton's third and final law: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Those three laws are what made Newton so famous. In 1689 Newton was gracious enough to represent Cambridge in parliament. So he did. Another thing he did is that he became the Warden of Mint. Newton had wanted this position for so long and it was graciously given to him he could not thank the government enough for letting him have the position. The warden was responsible for all things mint in Europe whether it was minting coins or other things Newton was the main monarch for all of it.  Newton starts dozing off in his meetings with the Royal Society because of all the stress in his life. He was very well known throughout the scientific revolution for his great discovery of the all-powerful gravity. 

Another amazing thing Newton was known for was inventing Calculus. The definition of calculus is “Mathematics. a method of calculation, especially one of several highly systematic methods of treating problems by a special system of algebraic notations, as differential or integral calculus.” (“Calculus”) Newton mostly was interested in Mathematics, Physics, Chemical, and Achlemical sciences. He studied these the most. Before he became interested in sciences he originally was into classical studies. Eventually, he became no longer interested in classical studies and went into the vast world of mathematics, and science. During his time Newton influenced many future mathematicians, and scientists to come. He went to the Royal Academy of Paris. Some anonymous person at the Academy at the time had a dispute about Newton’s calculus course. He also discovered the gravitational forces of the planets. At the time most normal people thought that the earth was flat but really Newton found that it was circular because of his theories of gravity. One of Newton’s most prized discoveries was included in his three editions of his book Principia. His final edition of Principia held his Fourth Rule of Reasoning. That rule was also included in his book of Optics where he explained that white is really just all the colors combined. He was actually really interested in the theology of the Christians. He sadly died in 1727 completing his purpose on earth which was giving the world gravity, rainbows, and many other things. 

Sir Isaac Newton influenced the evolution of humankind and his discoveries help the future generations of today figure out more and more things about the universe. He released multiple books to help us get to where we are today and even made scientists of today become able to unquestionably understand some of the processes of the universe. Newton was one of the most influential scientists of the scientific revolution and today. So next time you’re in science class think of who really discovered it all.
