The word “Universe” comes from the Latin word “Universus.” So, as you see the Universe is almost all about Space, time, and celestial bodies. Celestial Objects consist of planets, stars, galaxies, cosmos, etc. One of the scariest objects in space is the black hole because nothing can escape it if something gets pulled in. Before the Universe, time, space, and matter didn’t exist, therefore there are a few theories on the formation of the Universe. Earth is where all living things are, this is the only planet scientists believe fosters life. Studies have implied that rocks have signified that life began on Earth around 4 million years ago. At this moment contamination polluted the air, hazy and dense. Earth did consist of mainly water and small patches of dry land.

Researchers have clarified how life began, but like I said there are various predictions. The most common theory was through chemical interactions, particularly through comets that were filled with carbon-based chemicals or just from other interactions with planets that were around probably before earth. Scientists believe that the universe started with an eruption in space, called the “Big Bang.” Universetoday.com says “all of the current and past matter in the Universe came into existence at the same time, roughly around ~13.8 billion years ago.” During this period matter was compressed into a tiny ball with limitless density and exceptionally hot heat, which is called the “singularity.” Eventually, all of the matter inside the ball exploded, and the Universe was born. Time, Space, and Matter all came into place. After approximately 300,000 years, the Universe cooled to about 3,000 degrees. Because of the cooling, the Universe was filled up with hydrogen and helium gas.

One of the great celestial objects that might’ve formed during the Big Bang is Galaxies. Researchers aren’t sure about how galaxies are made, but they know around when they took place. Galaxies formed ~1 billion years after the Big Bang. Two hypotheses explain how they formed. Galaxies are large clumps of stars, gas, and dust. An interesting fact about Sun is that it’s located in the Milky Way Galaxy. One says that “galaxies were born when vast clouds under their gravitational pull, allowing stars to form.”The other says “which has accumulated strength in recent years, says the young universe contained many small “lumps” of matter, which clumped together to form galaxies.” A device that is used to find galaxies, the Hubble Space Telescope captured lumps of matter before from formation of galaxies. Galaxy expansion is still in progress! Because Earth, planets, and other celestial objects in the universe proceed to grow. Milky Way Galaxies are very far away, it’s about 20,000 light-years away from Earth. There are 2 main types of galaxies: 1) Spiral Galaxy: Galaxies that have helical arms that come together from the center.

Our Solar System is on one of these arms. 2) Elliptical Galaxy: oval-shaped. 3) Irregular Galaxy: Galaxies come in many various sizes and shapes, that aren’t helical or elliptical. The Universe includes not just galaxies, but black holes, the solar system, stars, and more! They are the objects that fill up the Universe. Let’s first begin off with the Solar System. Planets may be terrestrial (“earth-like”) or gaseous. Gaseous planets are larger than earthy planets. Moons are another celestial body. They are normally investigated about the planet they revolve. All planets don’t have moons, moons come in numerous sizes, shapes, and sorts. Jupiter is the biggest planet in the solar system, it also has some of the largest moons in the solar system. Saturn has more than 50 moons in its rings. Neptune only has one moon around the size of the dwarf planet, Pluto. Meteors, Asteroids, and dwarf planets are other sorts of objects that make up the Universe. Asteroids are massive pieces of rocks, located in a region called the “Asteroid Belt”; between Mars and Jupiter. Meteoroids are little pieces of rock and dust, when they arrive in the earth’s atmosphere they form into Meteors. Dwarf Planets still rotate around the sun but are farther because of their gravitational pull. The largest dwarf planets are Ceres, Pluto, and Eris, however, there are many more out there.
