This movie is based on a real disaster that took place on April 15th, 1912, the Titanic was the biggest ship that had been built back then, 882 feet and 9 inches long and held 2,240 passengers on board, unfortunately, while the ship was going it came in contact with a big iceberg, the ship sideswiped on the iceberg and slowly the water started taking over the ship from the very bottom where all the functions were to the very top where the passengers had been enjoying the view while smoking cigarettes and lounging comfortably.  This story and disaster we still remember to this day got turned into a very well-written and amazing movie.

84 years later, a 101-year old woman named Rose DeWitt Bukater tells the story to her granddaughter about her life on April 10th, 1912 on a ship called Titanic, When young Rose boarded the ship with upper-class passengers including her mother (Ruth DeWitt)  and fiance (Caledon Hockley).

Meanwhile, on the same day, a young guy named Jack Dawson and his best friend Fabrizio De Rossi won 3rd class tickets to a ship in a game. Rose explains the story from departure in England until the death of all the lives of the ship on April 15th, 1912 at 2:20 in the morning.

It all started when two young adults Rose and Jack fell in love, Forbidden love. Young Rose was thinking about giving up on life, she decided that she was no longer going to keep up with the forced lifestyle she has, fortunately, jack found her seconds before she jumped, he encouraged her not to by talking about how freezing the water would be he made her laugh and warm up to him and then he let her grab his hand and he pulled her back on the ship. That scene in the movie was when I knew that this relationship was definitely Love at first sight, Later on, the ship Rose got admired by Jack's drawings and they started to bond over his art, they found great interest in each other. I loved how their relationship devolved so much in 5 days, their friendship was super genuine and their romantic relationship is to die for.

I loved that Jack saved Rose from her unhappiness and he showed her a whole new world she never got to experience. Although I did find it a little unrealistic that their relationship got that strong and deep in 5 days it was well written and built. The ending definitely made me cry when Jack died and Rose was alone once again, but Jack's last wish for Rose was to live life to her fullest and that’s what she did. She got married, had children and grandchildren as well.  As we saw the story being told by Old Rose years and years later she never forgot about Jack, she remembered everything that happened. I found it super interesting that this was told by Rose. It makes this movie much more creative and interesting. This movie deserves all the hype it has, and the awards it’s gotten. The Actors and Actresses are extremely talented and so are the editors and filming crew.
