Why Joe Biden is Failing and Embarrassing America Research Paper

US president Joe Biden has made yet another poor decision: US withdrawal from Afghanistan. President Biden’s poor leadership and horrible handling of the withdrawal from Afghanistan has globally embarrassed the United States. Biden’s decisions over the past couple of months have lost control of the middle-east, left Americans’ lives jeopardized, has been careless with money lost and so irresponsible he needs to be impeached for dereliction of duty because of his actions.

For the first of many tragic decisions and actions from Joe Biden, “Americans trapped in Afghanistan never heard back from the US” (The Intercept). Biden has clearly shown he does not care about the Americans trapped in Afghanistan, who are trying to fend themselves from the Taliban takeover of Kabul Airport. These Americans who are trapped are stuck as the last US plane left Kabul airport on August 30 at about 3:29 EST. But this is only one of his many mistakes during the Afghanistan withdrawal. The Daily Mail states that “100 American citizens and U.S. residents are still stuck in Afghanistan and want to get out, according to the State Department” (Daily Mail UK). These citizens are being ignored by Biden and his administration, as they have made no rescue attempts to get the US citizens and residents back to the States. President Biden has betrayed the American people and has handled the Afghanistan withdrawal so poorly he should be impeached for dereliction of duty against the United States.

Not only are American lives at risk, but the amount of money worth of US military supplies is unfathomable. According to the Federalist, “The Taliban now has access to more than $85 billion worth of U.S. military equipment abandoned by the Afghan army”(The Federalist). The Taliban dealing with Joe Biden is easier than taking candy from a baby. After the former Afghan army and US troops acting on Bidens orders left billions in military equipment in Afghanistan, the Taliban’s strength grew immensely. The US military vehicles may break down soon because the Taliban doesn’t know how to do proper maintenance on them, but those M4 and M16 assault rifles will fire long after the vehicles stop working. The Taliban have also boasted and bragged to Biden and the United States by having a military parade and showing off American weapons first reported on September 1st. Osama Bin Laden, the madman behind 9/11, stated “Biden is totally unprepared for that post (referring to the post of the president), which will lead the US into a crisis”. Bin Laden knew it was coming as Biden is losing money and lives over a mess that he caused in Afghanistan.

Others disagree in the sense that Joe Biden was right to pull out of Afghanistan. According to the Communist Party of the United States, “The decision to withdraw U.S. forces from Afghanistan was correct. They had no business there in the first place. The manner of leaving is a tragedy. U.S. imperialist foreign and military policy is in deep crisis, and the lessons must be drawn — the most important of which is that war was never a viable option or solution (Paragraph 1, CPUSA). The communists blamed the withdrawal disaster not on the man conducting the operation (Biden), but instead on “They had no business there in the first place”. The Americans who were there after 9/11 wanted to bring justice to Osama Bin Laden, stop terrorist groups, and bring peace to the middle east. The communists tried to trick people again by using a red herring to draw more attention to “American imperialism” than to the man responsible for the Afghanistan mess. Therefore, the statement made by the communists is incorrect. USA Today stated that “After terrorists murdered nearly 3,000 people on Sept. 11, 2001, Americans swiftly responded with fellowship and patriotism.” After 9/11, the US went to war with the terrorists, and nowadays we are more divided than ever with the exception of the civil war era because of Joe Biden. His actions and words during his presidency are unacceptable and he should be impeached for it.

The American people should no longer stand for the authoritarian, careless, and irresponsible Joe Biden. Americans should peacefully protest and call your local congressman to push forward articles of impeachment against Joe Biden and his fellow democrats. The fate of the United States is at risk if the people don't protest and urge congress to impeach the president as soon as possible to ensure the survival of the nation.
