Comparative Essay: Female Leaders vs. Male Leaders

The comparability between male and female leaders is quite interesting. Many researchers have shown that the differences in the leadership styles of people will in general exceed the likenesses in the starting styles received by people in general when they take up the position. I will partially agree with the above statement as they can both be sometimes similar or different from each other at some stages in leadership roles.

Many people believe that women can be political leaders as they have the right stuff for it. Regarding honesty, intelligence, and a handful of other character manners they value highly in leaders, the public rates women superior to men, according to a nationwide research center social and demographic trends survey. The researchers primarily attribute the gender gap to social pressures that contribute to gender differences in personality traits. For example, men tend to be more assertive and dominant whereas women tend to be more communal, cooperative, and nurturing. As a result, men are more likely to participate and voice their opinions during group discussions and be perceived by others as leader-like.

On the other hand, professions searched by individuals in specific zones will in common share a great deal. As for individuals who look for management positions, pay little attention to their sexual orientations. People in similar positions perform comparative skills or capacities and show comparable sorts of initiative styles and adequacy. Besides a lady's focal association in shuffling vocations, bringing up their kids, and overseeing housework gives them the capacity to be given more attention than most men need.

To conclude, although it has been said, that men are better at leadership quality. However, both are equal at some stages like choosing a man or a woman as a manager and supervisor for a company depends upon the job as well as the company's targeted customers. To me, both of them can be good and better if chosen correctly and bad if chosen wrongly.
