Essay Sample on Motivating Kids to Be Active

Many children tend to avoid exercising themselves, and we can all agree that exercise is a vital factor in live. We must acquire it during childhood, uniformly own and champion, in order to reach an active life-style. In this essay we shall discuss how a parental example and school can motivate children to do regular exercise.

Firstly, the figureheads for children, their parents, is the best option to opt for. Since children are born, they are taught by copycatting. Therefore, we can take leverage of that fact. If children do sports with their parents, they will gain the custom of doing sport. Seeing the example directly eye-to-eye is the reason for its high rate of success. Moreover, the parental example will not only introduce them into sport, but also build a new initiative on them. 

On another note, school leads an important role though. For instance, school usually includes sports-programmes, and trips to official sports centers to motivate children do sport. On account of, that would enable children the possibility of practicing sport in adequate facilities. In contrast, that would not occur frequently. However, this leaves stated that children, thanks to this activity, may find themselves as freaks of a specific sport. Consequently, school would have contributed in the engagement to sport.

From the two points discussed above, I personally support the parental example as the most effective way to encourage children into do sports. The outcome advocates that the child will learn more from parents rather than from school. The opposing view might have other benefits; however, it might leave the child to underperformance due to discouragement, arguing that school will never be as motivational or constant as parental example.
