The Essential Role of Technology (Essay Example)

Technology is an essential tool for humanity since it can help us in several ways and keep us away from some dangers. It has its negative points. For example, the issue that could replace us at some point can cause many repercussions in the act.  

Many people wonder if we should trust technology. First, technology was used to make humans work less and make fewer mistakes. For example, an older person cannot clean due to their physical condition. However, a robot can help you and work for hours.  

"Could technology be dangerous?" In some aspects, technology could be misused, but professionals always try to limit it as much as possible, but without removing the consumer's comfort. An example could be military technology since it could be a dangerous weapon if misused. Currently, this technology is very well protected from hackers, who are people who try to get inside machines and take control of them.  

"Should humans be replaced by technology?" I think so, but only in some jobs, for example, a waitress would not treat you the same as a human, if it is true that there are robots that speak well and are pleasant, but it is not the same as when someone who truly has feelings tells you. However, other jobs could be quite helpful, for example, factories or laboratories, in which there could be places that will need a lot of precision and effort. Also, the good thing about technology is that they do not have the risk of being sick, they are not late, since they are always in the place, they do not have a salary, and they do what you want. Many companies choose the technology for its high profitability and efficiency. On the other hand, people think that they will lose their job, but the reality is that technology is here to stay. 

So, I believe that if we take care of this advantage that we have today and take it out in a good way, I can say that technology can help us do many things economically and physically. We should take advantage of this instead of taking it away. Technology is the future of our life, and we should treat it better than we are treating it today.
