The science of climate change is often wrapped up in a discussion on entropy and us, the human species. How will our current population set the stage for the next hundred years? Overflowing rivers are one of the threats expected to threaten human survival in the future. Humans are disproportionately impacted by the changing climate. While scientists warned us of the potential repercussions of global warming, now, populations are being displaced because of larger, yet more frequent floods. Anthropogenic global warming, the burning of fossil fuels, and population change are teamed to create a future marked by human displacement due to floods. Researchers argue that the decisive driver of climate change is the greenhouse effect fueled by greenhouse gas emissions, and combined with high population and low resources, the risk of displaced populations is high. Global warming and population change will make it harder and harder to live there in the future, and one major indicator for this is the building and restoration of natural habitats. The different ground and water types make it challenging to keep and maintain the building and develop the land. At the end of the century, RCP6.0 shows a further rise to around +150% increase of displacements risk, whereas the risk in RCP2.6 remains stable near +150%” Julia Rosen considers herself a scientist and hold a Ph.D. in the subject as to author’s Gabriela do not have a Ph.D. in the subject David does have a Ph.D. in the field Weather and Climate Risks. However, Gabriel and David do have some education and background to comment on the subject.  I look at several websites and found that Julia Rosen has more publications than Gabriela and David.  Her writing has appeared in Nature, Science, High Country News, National Geographic, and many other publications.

The Science of Climate Change Explained: Facts, Evidence and Proof and Global warming and population change both heighten future risk of human displacement due to river floods are similar as they both (are) both use research studies and getting worse due to greenhouse gas. Although Julia Rosen and Gabriel Siguan, along with David Bresch both, use research studies and an informative tone, Rosen has better credentials, and more publications as a result, Rosen's article is a more credible source than Gabriel and David’s. However, to prevent these river floods and climate change we need to burn less fossils fuels recycle more so that like product go into the landfill. We can use public transport, use renewable energy like solar power, wind power and hydroelectric power. Grow more plants also global warming has many other negative effects like overheating of plants more natural disasters more animals like polar bears will become extinct. The sea levels will rise increase probability of droughts leading to malnutrition, ice cap melting, more forest, and wildfires. Overall, I think we need avoid using fossil fuels and use other alternatives like renewable energy sources and we should try to develop and developing countries so that the population dose not increase drastically, and we can slow down the rate of Global warming if we all make a few changes to our lives.
