We live in a time when it's legal for toxic things like alcohol, rum, and tobacco to only lead us to  a painful death, and a plant that has no harmful effects on physical or mental health. Ours is illegal. For many years, cannabis has been used as a means of achieving pleasure. The criterion for banning something, or calling it illegal, is that its disadvantages must outweigh its advantages; and  it will have long-term negative consequences for society. Fortunately, or unfortunately, Cannabis does not fulfill this criterion; and despite  the fact that its advantages actually outweigh its cons, it is still illegal in the United States. I believe that marijuana should be legalized, because it's one of the best drugs with the fewest side effects, and it's one of the best ways to achieve euphoria, and  believe it. can really help eliminate other evils in  society and ease the economy. Legalizing marijuana could solve the problem of overcrowded prisons, in which hundreds and thousands of people are trapped simply because  of marijuana use. Cannabis is medically beneficial and using cannabis for its medical benefits is not a new process and has been practiced for many years. The use of cannabis in China for medical purposes dates back to 2700 BC and was used as a remedy for gout, distraction, rheumatism, and malaria. According to Martin et al., there are many natural chemical compounds found in cannabis that have therapeutic and psychoactive  properties that positively aid in healing. Cannabis contains a chemical compound called cannabinoid. When inhaled or ingested, it enters the bloodstream and produces the same positive effects as any other medicine. This compound works pharmacological activity and attaches to our body cannabinoid receptors, causing excitement and reducing medical conditions. Marijuana has been shown to promote personal healing and  also used to treat cancer, mental health, chronic pain, nausea and vomiting, spasms, seizures and  control  of millions Congenital disorder, stomach conditions and glaucoma.

Marijuana is much safer than nerve drugs available in other markets including caffeine, alcohol, opium and nicotine; All caused some people to die too dose. Even some  substances  in our medicine cabinets as well as viobx and acetaminophen are much more dangerous, but rarely are  the subject of the exciting debate but conveying. People against  legalization of marijuana raise the point where users will abuse drugs and  cause  significant harm to the body. However, as indicated before, marijuana has no negative impact on the body and on this day, no one died due to oversold needed. Prescription pain relievers have been shown to be addictive and also have long-term side effects, causing significant damage to health. Contrary to this, cannabis is not addictive and has no long-term side effects, so it can be a good substitute for pain relievers. I believe that legalizing marijuana will reduce crime rates and  free up  resources. Alcohol is directly linked to a number of violent crimes, while marijuana is not linked to any violent crimes, and drunk driving  is still much more stable and safer than drunk driving. About 30% of the prison population is incarcerated for marijuana use. If we removed the federal law banning marijuana,  we would have fewer overcrowded prisons, which in turn would save  taxpayers money. It will also give police space and time to  tackle and focus on  more serious crimes that endanger society such as sex crimes, theft, child abuse, domestic violence and rape. erotic. It will also relieve stress on the courts dealing with cannabis cases. Cannabis is labeled a "gateway drug," even though it's not. Cannabis itself is not associated with any violent criminal activity, and moreover, people who use marijuana drink less  because they seek entertainment through marijuana. Cannabis could mitigate the decline of the US economy and could be a major cash crop for many states. The government has wasted a lot of money detaining people who use marijuana  and combat marijuana use. According to Green Aid (2011), the federal government spends nearly $30 billion a year to discourage the use of marijuana. Legalizing marijuana can develop a large-scale tax business that generates substantial revenue for  state and  federal governments. The cultivation of cannabis has generated substantial revenue and its annual sales in California exceed $100 million, and all of this  under the label of the black market is not profitable for the state economy. state. Cannabis can be used as a  cash crop in many states of the United States, just as it was in the early 1800s when government policies on marijuana were used equitably. However, the cannabis industry can create some jobs and a thriving new industry will have a positive impact on  local economies. In view of the  facts and arguments above, the prohibition of marijuana is just one example of the illegality of the legislature. Cannabis has a number of medical benefits and stands out as one of the best ways to achieve euphoria, and  overdose does not cause any physical or mental harm. Some drugs have threatening side effects but are rarely debated in parliament or in law. Arguing that marijuana leads to other drugs is a story of ex-wives, and it is futile. Governments can relieve overcrowded prisons simply by legalizing marijuana, and the economic benefits  are immeasurable. I believe that there is no good reason to ban marijuana, and that the prescribing of marijuana is perfect based on the evidence.
