Is it important to always come to a compromise? It is important sometimes to get some of what you want, but at the same time, it could only be hurting you.

Coming to a compromise helps you get some of what you would like, for example, my sister and I would always fight over who got to play on our PlayStation four, and it would go on for hours and in the end, our mom would just take the ps4, and when she would give it back to us the same actions would happen, my sister and I would fight for hours and when it had been going on for a little while our mom got tired and told us that she would permanently take it away if we did not stop fighting, and we didn’t think it was real, we continued to fight, our mom took the PlayStation from us we thought that she would give it back but she did not so my sister and I talked for a bit and we came to an agreement where we both got to play for an hour and after we figured it out we went to tell our mom and she agreed and told us that this would be the last time and if it was to happen again we were to never see it again and we agreed and we both got to play for an hour every day. Making a compromise can assist you in achieving what you desire. My sister got some of what she would have liked and I got rewarded with some playtime, and that was a way for both of us to get what we preferred.

Although compromising could assist you but it could also destroy you at the same time, for example, Rosa Parks, an American activist who fought for civil rights, Rosa Parks was an African ancestry and had to deal with racist behavior for her whole life but this example goes back to 1955 when it was illegal for black people to not give up their seat for a white person, Rosa Parks was asked to give up her seat for a white person and he refused to do so and did not compromise she stood her ground and refused and when she did that they called on police so she was arrested and was when everyone figured out about what had happen all the dark-skinned people where boy cutting the busses and some of the go on the busses to sit in the front and the polices were also called on them and at when the government head about what has happened they were forced to let her go and also they made it o anyone could sit where every they wanted, and that example was one where it showed it was better to not come to a compromise.
