Racism is the most problematical social issue in the world. When the term racism can be used, different assumptions and fantasies occur. We all have different perspectives on the issue, with some blaming a certain individual, organization, or governmental unit. Racism is defined as the subjugation of a non-white individual or group by a white person or group of whites. In a larger sense, racism includes more than only oppression. Dominance by any race in the political or economic sphere is also a manifestation of racism. The most intense argument over racism occurs between blacks and whites. Racism is a worldwide problem caused by ignorance that divides individuals based on skin color and may be set by desegregation, legislation, and public education programs.

Racism theory is proven by European scientists during the Atlantic slave trade in the 17th century, while the practice existed before that (Bonilla-Silva, 2011). The term is developed to distinguish Europeans from other people with darker skin tones, leading to the current racial hierarchy. The idea that the color white stands for superiority has sparked several discussions throughout history and in the present. Many blacks perceive white society as a racist institution, which should not be the case. Racism is based in individuals rather than institutions, as many people believe.

Every country needs unity to survive. The best approach to end internal divides is to appreciate the minority and treat them equally as any other individual. When individuals live together, their prejudices towards one another go away. Desegregation allows people of all races to have equal rights and advantages. In the context of combating racism, universal learning institutions and curriculums should be proven. Children should be encouraged to learn and work in groups. The existence of several learning institutions conveys to students the impression that one racial group is superior to another. All races should be provided with comparable working circumstances. Interaction in many social institution's benefits people of different races. Interaction in various social institutions teaches different races how to live in the same environment.

The mass education program will need significant resources and time, but the results will be well worth the effort. Many individuals see racism purely as a political phenomenon that can only be handled by political means (NEAL, 2017). Coercive legal measures, while useful, may not be successful. People should abandon racism not because they fear the law, but because their conscience tells them it is wrong.

The most effective way to address racism-related issues is to organize mass education initiatives. Luther King, the leader of the African American Civil Rights Movement, humanitarian, and activist, used a similar strategy. There are current activists like Martin Luther, but their method is quite different from King's. Although stepping out on the streets might help, the effects may be fleeting. A better way may be to write speeches and articles promoting the concept that everyone, regardless of skin color, deserves respect. The technique was successful in Luther's day, and it is the only way to set up peaceful and harmonious society today.

Finally, racism is a complicated issue that must be addressed as soon as possible. Otherwise, contemporary civilizations will become increasingly insecure and unequal. Racism is a two-way street, and both offenders and victims must work together to solve it. Instead of sitting back and seeing injustices befall them, victims should speak up to build understanding. The offenders, on the other hand, must be willing to change to put an end to the old issue.
