Representing the government team, we strongly believe that if we establish the death penalty in Canada, less crime would appear  considering the fact that not only would we get rid of repeating offenders, consequently it would additionally scare other criminals from committing criminal acts in the future, leading to criminals having the knowing they could lose their life. Furthermore, the death penalty possesses an important tool for preserving law & order towards our system in Canada. The main objective of the death penalty is not just justice, retribution, or deterrence — however it is the protection of society. The death penalty is about making sure that the killer does not kill again. Or the criminal does not get away with another count of a criminal along with an illegal act against our law and society. Now let us let in on an objective Canada should create in our system; that is to have an automatic death penalty for people convicted of two separate first-degree murders. Imposing the death penalty on murderers, rapists, and criminals in general is the only possible efficient way of matter, to preserve human dignity. 

To elaborate and elucidate, a criminal should not be allowed or accepted to enjoy a better quality lifestyle in contradiction of the victim. It should not be tolerated at all towards law in Canada - moreover in any other country, to place in general terms. This is on account of the fact that the criminal’s death is logical, likewise self-explanatory. 

Murder is an attack on our society, therefore the only appropriate response is the death penalty. Giving attention and analyzation to the facts, 6% of murderers kill again. Do you REALIZE that many - and I mean MANY innocent civilians lives would be saved if we lay the foundation of this punishment in our country?!

Those who oppose this significant and important piece of act (Aka the opposition team), are overlooking the fact that since this penalty was abolished, over 800 innocent people have died at the hands of killers who were released, escaped, or paroled. The death penalty is an effective matter in many instances.
