Hitler’s leadership was staggering; he managed to establish the entirety of the Nazi government at just the beginning of his career, despite the fact he murdered over six million Jews and embarked on a second world war. After World War One, he spent his time starting his revolution and building up Germany’s economy (Thomas). Adolf Hitler’s persuasion, commitment, and determination led him to be triumphant regardless of the distressing undertakings he fulfilled.

Undoubtedly, Hitler spoke with persuasion during his speeches. He made promises to the public in times of desperation; Germany was at its lowest after the war and struggling in poverty (“Hitler Comes to Power”). The people wanted better for their country, and Hitler knew that. Any great leader would go out of their way to inform supporters that Germany was going to be rebuilt and made to be a notable country again. Because of Hitler’s promises to create a stronger Germany, the people had hope for the first time in years for the country (“Hitler Comes to Power”).

Equally important, Hitler was a manipulator. He knew how to use his mannerisms and emotions to persuade the country of Germany to be on his side. Hitler used his propaganda in newspapers, so it was easy for his ideas to get around (Bullock). The manipulative tactics and wording he set into these newspapers could allow whatever information he wanted to spread: satisfactory information about him and his ideas, or unfavorable information about the Germans, Jews, and other countries he was against. The manipulative newspapers set an ascending rate of electoral votes for the Nazis (Bullock).

Furthermore, Hitler was very self-confident in his accomplishments (“Leadership Style and Traits of Adolf Hitler”). He was energetic, enthusiastic, and pushed towards his main goals no matter what got in his way. It is easier to persuade a country into following you if you look like you know what you’re doing. Hitler’s rise in the hierarchy scale, influential speeches, and getting Germany back from economic disaster proves the confidence he had as a leader (“Leadership Style and Traits of Adolf Hitler”).

In like manner, the commitment Hitler had to his work was stupefying. He spent years building his plan to expand Germany. Hitler had transformed the nation's democracy and turned Germany into a war state, so he could conquer Europe (“How Did Adolf Hitler Happen?”). He managed to convince the president of Germany, Paul von Hindenburg, to listen to orders he had in mind for the country, and Europe later on. Hitler felt devoted to becoming the president, for it would enable him to be in full control, and not just partly as he was Chancellor. He committed to the plan to get Hindenburg on his side. Once he succeeded, he was already in charge since the president was following his orders. After President Hindenburg passed away, Hitler took the title of Führer, chancellor, and commander in chief of the army (“How Did Adolf Hitler Happen?”).

Similarly, Hitler committed most of his time to making Germany the greatest nation.
