The 1965 Voting Rights Act strengthens the 15th Amendment because in the 15th Amendment there was nothing that specifically said that states cannot put out any poll taxes, literacy tests or voter intimidation. So the 1965 Voting Rights Act enforced the 15th Amendment because in the 1965 Voting Rights Act it says that this laws prohibits any obstacles to vote if you are a American citizen. It also says stuff like literacy tests and voter intimidation cannot be used to abridge the right to vote based on color of your skin or ethnicity. The reason why they needed to inforce the 1965 Voting Rights Act was because people were finding loopholes around the Amendment like making literacy tests and poll taxes so the Voting Rights Act put a big stop to the loopholes and enforce the 15th Amendment.

The 1965 Voting Rights Act strengthens the 19th Amendment because it is making sure that no one would abridge the right to vote for a person of any gender. The Voting Rights Act does this because in the Act it says that states are not allowed to use voter intimidation and the states were using voter intimidation a lot so the Voting Rights Act made it impossible for any state to use voter intimidation against a person that is a different gender.

The 1965 Voting Right Act strengthens the 24th Amendment because in the 24th Amendment it says that States cannot deny nor abridge the right to vote on basis of a failure to pay a poll tax. In the 1965 Voting Rights Act it makes it illegal to give out literacy test and this is a really important because even though people didn’t have to pay to vote they still have to pass a test which was very hard to pass. The Voting Right Acts also put a stop to voter intimidation which completely stops the scaredness to go and vote and that helps enforce the 24th Amendment because it make it stronger because the Act outlawed literacy tests and voter intimidation.
