Laura King is a psychologist with a PhD in this field, and also holds the Frederick A. Middlebush chair in psychology at the University of Missouri-Columbia.Her research has been published everywhere. A "Growth" mindset is someone who believes their qualities can change and improve through effort. These people believe that the more effort or practice you put into it the more you receive out of it.A Growth mindset is someone whose failure tells themselves what he or she needs to learn and how to strive to reach those goals and how they will be successful. "Fixed" Mindset is someone who believes that their qualities are set in stone and are not allowed to change.A Fixed mindset is someone whose failure tells themselves that they lack the ability to do certain jobs. These  people believe that hard work, effort or practice doesn't get you anywhere if you don't have the capability of doing it. A Fixed mindset has more of an attitude towards everything which Is a terrible thing due to their  Success. Some ways to involve into ,or of a"Growth" Mindset? Try to understand and comprehend Skis are not set In stone but can  changed. When a bump comes along instead of stopping and giving up, learn from it. and work harder and become more sucuessfull. inspire yourself and others to find someone who they can  look up to because of their "growth" mindset and set a goal to aspire to become. Also make sure to study the role model to see all the hard work and effort that had to provide to be where they are at now.If you have a fixed mindset,commit to changing now.Think about when,where,and how you will begin using your new growth mindset. Trying to involve yourself into a growth mindset may be overwhelming but in the end you will be happier knowing everything was worth it.

"Growth" mindsets and Fixed" mindsets have their different qualities and train of thoughts Which is why "Growth mindset have more or a successful life. Laura King had amazing represented the psychological constraints and opened mv eves, ears, and mind to these two mindsets and the strength of "growth" and the weakness of the "fixed' mindsets.
