Are phones necessary, to me it's not that you really don't need them. It has a bigger effect on your mental health than a hangover. Phones can make us feel many emotions, sad, happy, upset and stressed. Have you ever stayed up all night on your phone and asked yourself why you couldn't fall asleep? It's probably the blue light keeping you awake.

Phones can easily be destroyed.in the long run its a waste of money. Phones are being produced faster than ever before. Therefore more materials and resources are used to make them.you see phones everywhere distracting people, just imagine the world without phones, i bet you can't.

Is our phone really that important that we have to look at it every time a notification pops up.we take our phones everywhere we go including classrooms, school concerts and more. Some find people on phones being disrespectful. Phones have been growing rapidly in popularity.
