Like a cancerous mutation that spares no part of your precious body as it travels and wreaks havoc on your organs, self doubt leaves you crippled and lifeless, after its dirty work is complete. Unlike cancer which is a disease of the body but has no access to your soul, self doubt has no mercy on the fire of your soul, and will swiftly extinguish it with its harsh and evil winds. 

When you doubt yourself, you are forfeiting the battle before it even begins. It’s like you are giving yourself permission to lose. When you tell yourself enough times that you can’t accomplish something, it will become engrained into your very physique, and become the truth. You end up becoming your own worst enemy when you let your self doubt grow and grow, and let it take over your very existence.

The only person that has control over what you will accomplish in life is yourself. Humans are incredible and intelligent creatures, and have endless possibilities. Your only limits are the ones you set for yourself. It is very crucial to have self confidence and believe, because believing is the first step in the path to success. 

Stop comparing yourself to others, because the truth is, no one has your unique talents or abilities. That’s not haughtiness, it’s the simple truth. Everyone was created differently, with their own unique perspective and way of thinking, which they are obligated to share with the world. Self confidence enables you to move towards accomplishing your dreams and goals. 

Some are terrified of cancer, others of Covid – 19, but there is no disease more deadly than self doubt. But the good news is, that the cure is you. By showing yourself compassion, and recognizing your strengths, which are more than you know, you have the power to go farther than your wildest dreams. With effort, anything is possible. The biggest mistake is to justify your mistakes by claiming that you just aren’t smart enough, because you only go as far as the effort you put in.
