All families have a different dynamic and mine is no exception. I have one sibling, one mom, and one dad, but my family definitely isn’t normal. In a stereotypical family the dad works while the mom stays at home and takes care of the kids and the house, and while that is still true in my family there are a few major differences from the stereotypical families.

My mom first off, has many unique attributes that can create a very interesting dynamic. My mom has an auto-immune disease called MS or Multiple Sclerosis and is also Queer. MS can cause a lot of problems and my mom has been fighting it for over five years now and because of that me and my sibling have learned to be a lot more independent than we would have been otherwise. The other main thing is that my mom is Queer but she is still married to my dad, but she didn’t relize she was Queer until she was about thirty three. With all of this included, the dynamic of my family is very interesting.

My dad, like my mom, is a more interesting person. My dad works in the military and has done so for over 15 years. During this time my family has moved fifteen times because of this job and my dad has worked many schedules and has been to many places like Japan. My dad when he is not at work is very fun to be with. He makes a lot of jokes, plays with us, and is just generally a fun guy to be with, but unfortunately he is not with us a lot because of his job. My parents on their own cause an interesting dynamic in my family, but we still aren't done. We still have my siblings.

My sibling’s name is Boston and they are a very unique person and have many interesting attributes. First off I think the best one to address first is that they are gender fluid. Boston was born a boy but about three months ago they came out and told us that they are genderfluid, which means that they don’t feel like they are a boy or a girl. The other thing is boston is very smart and mature for their age and i think part of that is that me and boston are homeschooled and we have never gone to school plus we are very far ahead of our age group. Boston is going to start college prep this year and they are turning fifteen in September, it is march. My sibling is a very unique person and because of that they add a lot to our family.

With a Queer mother, Military father, and Genderfluid sibling i think that my family has a lot going on inside it witch can cause a very interesting dynamic. My family is very unique and out of the ordinary.
