In this quote, “Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young. The greatest thing in life is to keep your mind young.” (Ford Henry) This saying basically suggests that you should always make goals and learn new things, even if you're in your senior years. It is critical to develop skills and set goals in order to make your life easier in the long run. My strengths are  super critical in my life and in obtaining better jobs, because I can impress my boss in order to receive a higher income, as well as make others happy. My requirements are also significant, because you may still work on them and set objectives for yourself. Finally, my goals are the most significant of the three since they decide the course I will take in my life. Therefore, goals are the most important of the three.

My strength is significant since it prepares me for the rest of my life, allowing me to choose my destiny to work. Collaboration is currently my beefed-up strength because I prefer to cooperate with others, rather than working alone in groups and projects. I also enjoy initiating conversations with my friends. Finally, I dislike doing a lot of work, so getting involved in projects/collaboration will relieve some tension associated with the amount of work due. That concludes my proof of my ability to collaborate.

Responsibility is my second strength. I normally carry all of my belongings to class (excluding my computer), however, for math, I usually bring my pencil, eraser, notebooks, and calculator. In addition, I have my English silent reading book. When I am finished with my work or need a mental break from it, I am only distracted by other people. Aside from that, I'll probably be concentrating on my work. I also have a good chance of doing my task on time. I barely missed a deadline, except when I didn't have my phone for the first art project.

Initiative is another of my strengths, and it will be my final one. It was a great project that mixed art with math, which I prefer more artistically and creatively. It was a fantastic pleasure to work on the art project. I prefer to focus on activities and interesting assignments, as well as group projects with other students. I don't do much at school, but when I'm at home, I do what I'm supposed to do, such as playing the piano or finishing playing video games when I'm done. These are just a few examples of my strength in initiative.

My requirements are also crucial in order for me to continue to improve; my first requirement is independent work. For this particular learning skill, I've already established a target. I need to improve on this because I dislike working alone and want to collaborate with others. I also enjoy discussing with other pals of mine. Furthermore, I can enhance my independent work by not being distracted by my friends and by performing more independent work so that I can become used to doing it.

Another need that I need to specifically improve is my organization in a very significant way. I’m not even generally close to getting an “E” on my report card, which essentially is fairly significant. My desk is piled high with paperwork, and I don’t even generally bring a binder. I need to actually get a binder for my desk, which I'm doing right now. I need to work on my time management abilities as well. Not only that, but I usually mostly submit my work on time, however, there are a few tasks that I have not completed until after the deadline. For example, I didn't turn in my first art assignment until over three weeks after the deadline had passed. But that's just because I left my phone at home and didn't have enough time to essentially find it in time. I also didn’t have a lot of time to work on it since I don’t have free time at my house.

Self-regulation is the last learning skill I need to improve. I can improve this learning skill by improving my time management. I don't have a timetable for time management, so I'll probably start by producing a chart to track what I'm doing at home. Making more long-term goals is something else I should concentrate on for this learning skill. The majority of my goals are short-term, and whenever I set a long-term goal, I usually abandon the long-term goal after around five days. Following all, I've said in these paragraphs, I'm hoping to increase all of my learning abilities.

Finally, these are the goals I've set for myself. My initial objective is to achieve a score of at least 90% on my math test. In my perspective, math is both the most demanding and the most exciting subject. That is why I am so determined to achieve this goal. This aim will take until the end of the year, or possibly next year, to achieve. I'll achieve this objective by getting good grades, working harder, completing all of my schoolwork, and, most importantly, studying extensively when we have a test. I should be studying at least  1 hour a day, to be successful. All of these factors will assist me in achieving all of my goals.

My second goal is to get taller. Because there aren't as many things to do, this objective will be a little easier. This goal, though, will take a little longer than the first. This objective will last until you graduate from high school because that is when your growth spurt begins. To do so, I'll need to consume a variety of healthy foods, such as fish, eggs, and a variety of other things. I'll also need to engage in more physical activities, such as swimming or basketball, to help me grow taller.

At last, my last goal is a career goal. I always wanted a pet, and the job that will most likely get me a pet is being a pet shelter guy. This goal is going to take much longer than my other two goals, from approximately ten years to complete my goal. Things I have to do are to get better grades by studying, not fooling around in class and paying attention in class, and doing all my homework. After I completed elementary school, I will start to research how to take care of animals, then I will apply to an animal course in high school or university/college. After I have completed all those requirements, I can finally start to work at an animal shelter to get some money and eventually start my own shop or just continue working as a manager/worker at Pet Smart.

At the end of the day, people should essentially continue to create goals for themselves as they grow older, or so they believed. Even if you have any ambitions, you can make long-term and short-term goals for yourself; in particular, you should always have at least one goal to keep yourself busy. If you want to make your life easier for all intents and purposes, in the long run, you must deliberately build skills and set goals. That is why, above and beyond your abilities and requirements, your objectives are critical.
