Education is the process of acquiring knowledge, skills, values, morals, beliefs, habits, and personal development. Everyone deserves to be educated no matter the race, religion, or gender. Unfortunately, in some regions around the world, some people are still deprived of education. That is extremely unfair and has many negative effects. In this essay, the problem of education deprivation will be discussed, and possible solutions will be offered.

Women and children are the ones affected most by the education deficit. It is common in poor and unsafe countries. Education deprivation has many causes, they include poverty, insufficient educational infrastructure, and religion. Poverty can be regarded as an important cause of education deprivation as children from poor families often do not have access to proper education since it is simply too expensive for their families to send them to school. Another cause is poor educational infrastructure, some regions do not have the proper educational infrastructure; that means there is a decrease in the number of schools, forcing some children to not be able to attend school. The final reason is religion, religious families are often conservative, which makes it hard for children to get proper education; this may be especially true for girls since they are often supposed to stay at home and to cook and do the household instead of getting proper education and start a career. Education deficit has many effects; they include poverty, illegal activities, and homelessness. Not only is poverty a cause for a low level of education, but it can also be an effect of insufficient education since a bad education will often translate into an increased probability of unemployment, low salaries, and homelessness. Also, due to a lack of education, people can not find jobs and thus have to partake in illegal activities to survive.

Education deprivation can be resolved by the support and funding of rich counties to build new schools with skilled teachers, the financial support of poor families to allow their children to be educated, the raise of awareness on the importance of education for girls and children as many parents in poor countries believe it is irrelevant for their kids to get educated based on old ideas, and the help in immigrating families living in unsafe countries to safer countries to protect them and educate their children.

To conclude, all people deserve to be educated no matter their race, gender, or religion. Education deprivation is caused by poverty, conflicts, insufficient educational infrastructure, and religion. Its effects include poverty, illegal activities, and homelessness. There are much more causes and effects. Education deprivation of women and children can be resolved by financially supporting poor families, building better educational infrastructure, and Raising awareness on the importance of education. World leaders must help families in poor countries and allow their children to get educated, and parents in poor countries must abandon the idea that women should be housewives.
