Can chocolate affect your happiness? Your brain chemistry? Could it even be additive? First, the short answer is yes, chocolate can affect many things such as your mood and how happy you are; however, chocolate can affect your brain chemistry or your brain. But the last question is, can chocolate be addictive? Some people may believe that chocolate can't be additive to a person, but I disagree with that for a few different reasons.

First, you may be asking how chocolate may want to in all likelihood have an impact on your mood. if you have ever eaten chocolate you must know the pleasure and happiness that chocolate gives you,I know for a fact that every single time I have eaten chocolate I've experienced that happiness and pleasure so you probably have to however, you don't simply get that happiness and satisfaction because it tastes desirable. It additionally has to do with the serotonin within the chocolate. Serotonin is known to make someone experience happiness, reduce anxiety or depression and even stabilize your mood. Chocolate can affect many things like as you know your mood however it can affect your brain too and also be additive which all of these correlate together but how you may be asking. In my own opinion I believe that all of these correlate together because chocolate addition may not be a “real” addiction according to experts but what about that feeling when you're eating chocolate and you can't control yourself and the amount that you are eating. If you have ever eaten chocolate you should know that it's hard to stop eating after just one piece and if you know basic knowledge you should know.
