Life Philosophy Essay Sample

What is your life philosophy? A few weeks ago I was asked what I wanted to be when I grow up, it took me a while ot think about it. Now I have figured out that it isn’t what I want to be, it is who I want to be. Each of these songs remind me of special people in my life who have helped shape who I am now. So the answer to my question is , I hope to be a hardworker like my dad, I hope one day I can love others like my mom, I hope to be as persistent with my goals as Sierra, I hope to have a heart like Porter’s, I hope I can serve and love gods children the way Ian does, I hope to be able to see the good in the world like Owen, and I hope to be able to have the kindness and patience like Tori. Each of these people have taught me so many things, My dad taught me how to be a hardworker and stand up for what I believe in, My mom taught me to always do my best and try to see others’ the way that God sees them, Sierra taught me how to work for my goals in life and never give up, Porter taught me to always put school first and to be kind to everybody, Ian taught me that family is what is most important in life and to be able to find the Joy in life, Owen taught me how to have fun and to always be optimistic about life, Tori taught me how to laugh even when your life feels like it’s falling apart, she also taught me how to be kind and patient with others. Without these people and the lessons they have taught me, I would not be where I am today. These people shaped my life in the best way possible, and I could never repay them for what they have taught me.

So I guess to answer the question, What is your life philosophy; Work hard, Stand up for what you believe, ALWAYS do your best, love others the way God loves them, be persistent with your goals and never give up, Education is very important but so is kindness, love and serve your neighbors, always find the joy in life, and always be patient and kind to others, you never know what someone is going through. That is what I want to be, if I could be anything like any of these people, I would count that as a success. Don’t get me wrong, having goals for a career are very important but I believe at the end of the day, it wont matter how much money you have, how popular you are, etc. but who you are as a person.“I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” (Mary Angelou). You alone can change the world by just being kind.
