Do you think experiencing the winds, sounds, and wildlife of nature is necessary for a healthy mind? Experiencing Nature in solitude is not needed to have a healthy mind. 

To have a healthy mind it is imperative to learn to enjoy life and have an understanding of others. According to active+ “mental health is a balanced mental and emotional state which allows a person to be productive during their day”. This evidence demonstrates that the meaning of a healthy mind is a state in which a person can go along with their day without having to worry and stress about things that may be on their mind. To where their mind is filled with positive thoughts so no negative outcomes can ruin their day. Mental health is also having an understanding of other people. “Having strong relationships with people who are important in our lives''. This proves that having altruism for others helps improve your mindset. It helps because others have an understanding of you which then can help you get through tough times. Also helps to know that you're not alone which can prevent you from feeling stress or anxiety. Overall this shows what is needed to have a healthy mindset but does experience nature have things that you need have a healthy mindset?

There are a lot of things you can do to have and maintain a healthy mindset without needing the experience the solitude of nature. Kayla Itsines states that the number one thing you can do is accept who you are as a person. Accepting yourself is one of the biggest things can a person can do to have a healthy mindset without the requirement of having to experience solitude in nature. Another thing Kayla itsines says is to review your life daily. Although nature is a good place to set down and review your progress; There are many other places to settle down as well. For example, finding a room at home where you going to be able to gloat about your achievements. However, does nature provide a place that is healthy to the mind that cannot be found anywhere else?

Observing nature in solitude can be restorative and is essential to have. It's as important as eating or exercising. The virtues of the isolation article state that “Under the right circumstances, choosing to spend time alone can be a huge psychological boon”. This is saying how solitude is important to a mind as eating and how it's necessary to be in solitude at times. Solitude in nature is helpful but solitude can also be explored in other parts than just in nature. Nevertheless observing nature in solitude can be just as effective as finding a space at home and meditating.

To recapitulate everything that has been said so far; experiencing nature in solitude is unnecessary to have a healthy mind. Although nature in solitude can help with a healthy mind it is not needed because in today's civilization there are as many spots to be in solitude as just being in nature.
