Though online schools have some advantages over conventional brick and mortar schools. These are things that can be also online but with much difficulty. And while online schools have benefits that could be drawbacks to brick and mortar when given improper care to those issues. But each system has its own ways of helping the growth of the children under its system.

One of the benefits that brick and mortar have is the social interaction that happens naturally when in a brick and mortar school. Another benefit is that brick-and-mortar has more structure overall when comes to the students' schedules. But positives must have a negative which in this case is the spread of illness as the children have a good chance of spreading or getting a sickness. But with that said what benefits do that the online schools have?

For online one benefit that always comes to mind is the flexibility of the schedules with this you could the easier class assignments first and spend most of the day doing the hard ones. But with the drawback being some kids do not know how to organize their schedules. Though that may be a problem there is something that does make up for it is the fact since online school is used mostly at home the chance of catching or spreading any illness is reduced by a great amount. When all said there is a way they affect the student is something to admire.

Though each system has drawbacks and benefits that each applies to the learning style of different students. But the ways students benefits are amazing with brick and mortar setting them up for more social and cooperative type jobs like an office job. While online schools present ways for students to better manage time and control workflow which is great for jobs involving management.

When all this all comes together I hope you see that though that even though both sides have they are both great to have. After all, schools have two responsibilities one being to educate us the other being shared with parents being how when we eventually leave to college or work at jobs. To wrap up they both have thorns but in the end, they help grow to a beautiful rosebud.
