A hero is someone that is admired or has been idealized for courage, their outstanding achievements, or their noble qualities. There are multiple qualities that make up a hero including their determination to help people around them, and developing knowledge to further help society. Three true heroes are Superman, Hans and Sophie,  and Logan Boulet. Superman helps others not only through his heroic actions, but through his brand that shapes societies actions. Hans and Sophie possess the personality of being a hero because they are more concerned for others rather than themselves. Logan Boulet has shown the quality of being compassionate because he helped a cause that was impacting society because it was misunderstood. To become a hero it is necessary to develop these qualities and skills that include being inspiring, selfless, and compassionate. These particular qualities are necessary for being a hero because they allow heroes to influence others to join an important cause that betters society.

Superman possesses many different qualities that allow him to be a hero such as being inspiring because of his heroic actions it allows him to persuade others to become better just like he does everyday. Superman has many different traits, but the most significant one is being inspiring to humankind and helping others through tough times while being heroic for others. Unlike other heroes, Superman fights monsters, criminals, and helps people by encouraging them to be better through acts of kindness, and heroism. In society there are not many inspiring people that push individuals to be better this is a thing that has impacted many people because they are not surrounded by many inspiring people that help push one another to be like them. Not being encouraged or inspired can influence an individual into a life of crime, and selfish acts that tear down what inspiring people have built up over the years. Inspiration transforms the way we perceive our own potential, but can be easily persuaded by influential people, or a felon. If heroes were not inspiring they would not have a legacy that impacts humanity, and influences society to become more like them through the heroes actions that inspired them to dedicate their own lives to help society, and changes their  perspective of the world, and their actions.

Unlike Superman, Hans and Sophie fought real danger, the Nazis, and started the group called the White Rose to stop the Nazis from destroying everything. Hans and Sophie have developed the trait of being selfless which is very important in defining a hero, and their heroic acts. Hans and Sophie are very well known throughout society for their heroic acts of selfless behavior because they did not confess who was included in the group the White Rose. This quality defines Hans and Sophie because they did not betray the White Rose group, and she as well as Hans confessed to printing the leaflets showing that she, and Hans were not concerned for their own lives. Selfless behavior helps minimize one's ego because you do not desire to be observed, and it taps into your true feelings, and desires. Selfless behavior is relevant because it sparks an initiative to be better, and help others rather than themselves. Many others would give up their friends, but most significantly Hans and Sophie did not, they were trying to spread a message to Germany that what they were doing was wrong. If an individual does not show selfless behavior others may believe they do not care for others, and that they think they are more important than everyone else.

Much like Hans and Sophie, Logan boulet was compassionate for a cause that many others did not think was a problem. This cause is called organ donation that has impacted many people around the world. Logan boulet has impacted the lives of many others, and influenced them to further help society that has been negatively impacted by a cause that has been misunderstood for  many years. Logan possesses the trait of being compassionate for others because he impacted many people's lives around the world, and showed them that this cause is important, and should be reevaluated. Logan shows this quality because he has shown concern for others that are being impacted negatively by organ donation so he supported a cause that was harming many people. Compassion goes a step further than empathy since it is motivated by a desire for all people to be free of pain. An individual shall not be classified as a hero if they had a lack of drive for what they are doing, for instance logan boulet had drive to help a cause, and he eventually was classified as a hero because of his concern for others. If heroes were not compassionate for what they were doing for others they would not have a sense of purpose, and would have a hard time building relationships with others.

There are specific intentions to becoming a hero such as being able to help others, inspire to be better than they could have imagined, and push them further into a hero through their actions, and their efforts. Inspiration changes the way we see ourselves, yet it can be easily persuaded by powerful individuals, or a criminal. If an individual were not inspiring they would not leave an impact or an effect that lasts a lifetime, and helps others become the best version of themselves. Selflessness is required for understanding why heroes are performing heroic acts. If one was not selfless they would rather tap into their ego such as wealth, fame, but others do it because they desire to do it, and that is their true intention to help others. Compassion is a step beyond empathy since it is motivated by a desire for everyone to be pain free and a desire to help others. If an individual was not compassionate they would not have a sense of purpose for what they are doing for others. All of these qualities are necessary for describing, and evaluating what a hero does.
