Temporary Jobs vs Permanent Jobs Essay Example

In modern-day,majority of people willing to have a temporary jobs instead of working permanent jobs in certain firms. A series of behaviors just based on three main points,no pressure,easy to resign and time can be freely adjusted. So that being employed in long time jobs might be boring but stable. However,for those people,job hopping will become the biggest obstacles. Moreover,less time for relaxing.

Meanwhile for those people who prefer short time and working in a unit,be able to familiarize with the process and the way they practical. Such as writing skill,communication ability and the data they analysing. So that it could benefit for  some people who preparing to take exams and attend the interviews. Assuming that you are working in temporary jobs. It means you will have the chances to keep your knowledge current and learn new skills. Futhermore,you could get advance pay than those people who working for several years in the same company. 

Being able to earn a salary-even if it's only for one month-is usually better than unemployment. Besides,the salary you'll earning will be evidently better than staying at home without harvesting and better than jobless. More opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. New chances to extending your thoughts, self-growth and self-improvement. From my point of view,to considering these advantages that obviously the temporary jobs can be contented people needs.

In summary,i prefer to work for a few months in the case of experiencing different jobs. Then,have more leisure time to do something else,such as read a novel,painting and learn how to earning more money.
