Narrative Essay: Plans to Become Software Developer

I opted to write about my goals to become a software engineer and some other future plans for my personal essay. I'll explain why and how I came to these conclusions. I'll also talk about how much I enjoy working with computers. 

When I grow up, I want to work as a software engineer. I chose to pursue a career as a software engineer because I've always been fascinated by technology. I also enjoy solving challenges and figuring out simple solutions to problems. Solving difficulties, particularly those involving technology, keeps me motivated to accomplish this job.

I was ten years old when I first said, "I am going to be a software developer." Many people have inspired me, including Bill Gates, the creator of Microsoft, Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of several social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, and others. These people inspired me to continue doing this profession in the future. My family, in particular, is behind me. They have always been supportive of me. They constantly went above and above to help me achieve my goals. Because they have faith in me. I will never fail them. In the future, I intend to create my own social media site. For example, without Mark Zuckerberg, there would be no Instagram, which is used by almost everyone today. What drew me to this work is the fact that computers will be the source of everything in the future. On the news, I learned that programmers are working on a new platform named " METAVERSE ". This is where people can simply use their virtual reality glasses to speak with one another and earn money from the comfort of their own homes. Isn't this fantastic? We are no longer in the nineteenth century, and we accomplish everything with computers. That is, without a doubt, going to happen. It's not out of the question.

One advantage of working as a software engineer is that you can work from home. According to the Internet, about 86 percent of software engineers now work from home. Software engineers make a decent living as a pay. Another advantage of working as a software engineer is that there is always something new to learn and accomplish. This, I believe, is the finest work for me.

I intend to become a multi-millionaire before the age of 40 in the future. I'm planning to save aside a portion of my paycheck for the next 5 to 10 years. After that, I may use the money I've saved to start a side business, such as real estate, internet retailing, or a construction firm. I'm doing this because I want to enjoy my life once I turn 40. For instance, I'd want to travel throughout the world, learn about other cultures, taste new foods, and meet new people.

If you ask me what I'm doing right now to improve myself, I'll tell you what I'm doing. Allow me to explain what I do. I spent a significant amount of money only on programming and computer books to study and understand in order to make my profession as simple as possible.  It's tedious to read a book, but it's a different storey when you learn something from it and try it out in real life. Now I'm attempting to construct my own new school website. It's not easy, but then again, nothing in life is. I believe that if I start doing it now, it will get simpler in the future.

When I looked into going to university and finishing as a software engineer, I discovered that I would need really strong math grades. That is why, in order to attain my aim, I practise math every day. In math, I believe I am performing well. My math prelims, for example, yielded an A. I was overjoyed when I received my math result. Because this means I'm one step closer to achieving my dreams. I am certain that I will continue to study till I graduate from university. I'm in National 5 Maths this year at school. I'm hoping to do higher next year. I really want to study computing science at school, but it isn't available at my school. I believe that computing science is just as important as mathematics, but there is nothing I can do about it.

Every day after school, I go to the gym, then I study for an hour or two, and then I code for an hour or three hours. I go to the gym because I believe that my health is more important than everything else. "Don't you do anything fun?" you could ask. Yes, every day, I play video games online with my pals. Because I play video games, I sometimes sleep quite late. However, this is subject to change. I don't study on weekends; instead, I study throughout the week. As a result, I spend my weekends going to the gym or doing something fun.

I feel that if I keep moving in this direction, I will be able to realise my aspirations and objectives. Everything I've done thus far has shown me that if you believe in yourself and put in the effort, nothing is impossible to achieve. I believe I am on my way to achieving my objective. If the answer is affirmative, I believe I will strive harder and harder to become my own boss. In the future, when I become a software engineer, I will do my best to work with well-known software developers. Imagine working with Mark Zuckerberg. I'm confident that I'll be able to do this. Everything might be more difficult at times, and everything can be unpleasant at times, but don't give up; keep going. "I never give up!" many prominent individuals have remarked.

In conclusion, as you can see from this essay, I intend to pursue a career as a software developer and spend the rest of my life doing so. Also, as this essay demonstrates, I will never give up, even if I do not attend university and graduate with poor grades!
